Don't trust this site. Had to file a dispute with AMEX

I bought a vest from their website and decided to cancel the order the same day. Their website says:

Contact our customer service team at info at hudsonparker-boston.com

Opening hours:
Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat–Sun: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We respond within 24 hours.

Took them 3 days to respond and said the order could not be cancelled. Here is there response:

Thank you for reaching out.
We sincerely apologize, but we’re unable to cancel your order because it is already in transit.
We understand this may be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

48 hours later and the item has still not shipped. I'm thinking this is a scam site.
