Hudson Property Services (Bath) Ltd 

We are tenants of a fantastic property agency called Bath City Let's.... I think they are otherwise known as Bower House. They recruited Hudson Property Services to fix a few issues here at our apartment. I've worked with a lot of traders in the past as I have a holiday business in Wales but I haven't come across any as friendly as Ben and his colleague. They both went the extra mile for us and we found them to be extremely efficient, kind, professional and completely devoted to providing an excellent service. I feel that's a rare thing these days and so would highly recommend Hudson to anybody requiring an excellent plumber, gasman or any of their other services.

When my boiler needed replacing, Hudson Co were able to come round immediately and fitted a new boiler within a couple of days. They were super efficient and provided heaters whilst waiting for the fitting. All the staff were very friendly & professional and on top of it all, were very reasonably priced. I would whole heartedly recommend the company without hesitation.

I needed someone to install a domestic gas fire and Hudson Plumbing came to my rescue. Not only did they do a super-efficient job, they also did it at a very reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and I will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Tenants property left without heating following a boiler failure. Hudsons reviewed the property quickly and were able to install a new boiler quickly. An excellent job.

Very disappointing service - nice guy Ben but appears to have too much work on his plate. Runs a chaotic diary missing appointments. Given an opportunity to cancel the work as I thought I would help him out. Exorbitant quote arrived which did mean I cancelled the scheduled work. Disappointing end of a relationship.

As a surveyor dealing with maintenance for various clients , including two property owning trusts, I have dealt with Ben now for some years and he is always helpful, polite and technically very competent.
Tenants have also commented on his professionalism.
I have no hesitation in recommending him to deal with plumbing and gas works.

I am so delighted to have met Ben and his team before we took on the renovation of a 5 storey townhouse in Bath. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Ben helped us specify the system in the early days and never asked for anything to do so. He was the only trade on the job that put a fixed price quote together and stuck to it perfectly. We’ve since had him back to install additional sanitary ware and also over to bristol to look after rental properties.

Ben's team installed our flue extension. What was a pretty simple job at first got a little complicated due to the age of certain parts of our boiler. Ben's team were really cool throughout the job, explaining everything clearly and giving options at every stage. I have used Ben to install my boiler and service my boiler subsequently. The very good thing about Ben is that if you have a problem he will keep working on solutions until you are happy. Also he always gives you a quote and explains the situation both good and bad in a clear and understandable way.
