I screwed up, they fixed it
This was my second thermal purchase from Huey Outdoors. I did the purchase on my phone, and (at the time) the products on the website scrolled by automatically. Between the small text on my phone, the automatic scrolling, and two thermal models that look identical, I accidentally purchased the wrong unit and realized it when I saw the confirmation email.
Todd answered the phone immediately and not only fixed my issue but realized I would be out of town when the package arrived at my house. He had the foresight to hold the delivery so I would be there to sign for it.
It's almost impossible to call most companies and even get a person on the phone nowadays, much less someone that is knowledgeable and actually cares about the customers and the products they sell. I will never buy another thermal from anywhere else and couldn't recommend them more.
Thanks for the great customer service, and beyond that, thank you for going to such great lengths with the videos on your channel. It is an incredible resource for those of us that don't have the ability to try these products or night hunt often.

Todd answered all my phone calls and is very knowledgeable in the thermal world. Bought a highly recommended RiX DBH D6 thermal from him and it's been great! I highly recommend buying all your thermal products from Huey Outdoors, fast shipping also!
