From start to finish the communication was very good, ease of ordering the customised products was made very easy throughout, there is a great choice of designs and colourways.
Proper good old fashioned customer service, I highly recommend Hug Box.

Normally when you buy something like this you expect to pay plenty and not get a lot.

However, HugBox is very different. There is plenty of good quality sweets and chocolates (not a Palma Violet in sight!), all in a lovely box. I think it’s very good value for money and the recipients are very appreciative!

The owner Wendy is also very friendly and helpful. Very refreshing to find a company like this!

I have used hugbox and Wendy for about 10 years now. Always fantastic service and boxes of goodies however this time I chose personalised coasters too, we went through designs together to get it right and she made every adjustment I asked for with no complaints she just wanted it to be perfect. Which it was and the person I sent it too was so pleased with the design and quality.
Sometimes the website might not allow you to start an account but don't let that put you off its an established business with a fantastic track record for me. I highly recommend it.

I’ve used Hugbox over the years. I’ve found Wendy to be very good and professional the boxes always bring a smile and unfortunately never shared with me (very upsetting - I could at least get a bar of chocolate 😂😂). They are always enjoyed. Ive also ordered the dog Hugbox treat - which has been greatly received. Highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed

This a fantastic idea. I have sent quite a few and received some too! Always received with joy. Always custom made for all types. Just let hug box know your requirements and it is done. Very good value for lots of pleasure.

Purchased 4 Hug boxes. Delivered promptly, all contents as stated and very well packaged.
2 Hug boxes contained the Hug Monkey which was of very good quality, so soft and very "hugable"!
Personsal message cards also good quality.

Hugbox® is an amazingly unique invention and Wendy provides a very reliable, personalised service.
Every Hugbox® I've ordered has gone down a storm with the people who received them.

Every Hugbox® I've ordered has been hand delivered and that's what I love about it, because I've often ordered them at very short notice (one was ordered and delivered on the same day with no complaint!). I asked for specific colours and sweets and that's what we got!

We have even ordered Hugbox® for our family dogs! Everything was so well chosen and for the same price as a big name brand dog Christmas stocking we received twice as many biscuits and dog chews plus several toys, all of which are still in use! I'll be ordering more for this Christmas and Christmases to come!

Wendy loves Hugbox®, it's written all over her face when you speak to her, she enjoys providing such a special service and making people smile. I honestly cannot recommend Hugbox® enough.

Used Hug Box to send some treats throughout lockdown - great service, really personal approach and my friends/family loved their gifts. I mean, who wouldn't want a whole pile of sweeties to drop through their door? Brilliant idea run by what seems to be a lovely lady - will absolutely use again and only wish I found the site sooner!

I had a phenomenal experience with hug box. The boxes are amazing and customer service from Wendy is second to none. I lost my mum in June and sent my best friend my first hug box for supporting me. I received a lovely email from Wendy, the owner and the next day a wee hug box turned up for me and the family to cheer me up. I have used it time and time again and will forever more.
