Never received my order and can't reach…
Never received my order and can't reach anyone for a status.
This is for a shirt that is for consumer to use to hold a newborn child between the ages 0-8 months
I ordered on 2/18/22. On their website it states "Our Processing time is 2-3 business days & shipping time is 8-12 business days."
I have waited until 2/28 to reach out to the company to ask for a status or any type of update. I went on the chat box on their website, no answer. After 10 minutes, I just assumed there was no one on chat but I stayed on to fill out their contact form.
They don't have any hours on their website for customer support and no phone number. On their contact us page, they only have a form you can fill out, or you can email them.
Again, no response. No one reached out. Nothing.
Now it is 03/02/22 and I am once again on chat, and no response.
Is this a real company? I am honestly not sure. But I do not trust a company that does not respond and cannot be reached.
The baby is going to be too big by the time I get this.
