I don't know where to start but I'll give it a try back in 2020 I went in store bear in mind I was 18 at the time. I went into the Rolex part of the store looking at all the watches. Lily was amazing I can remember saying to her "one day I'll own a watch like this" during this time I was buying gucci jewellery but roll on 2023. I got my first Rolex datejust 36 for a birthday present. Lily got me a ballon and card for when I collected it on my birthday it really made it that extra special for me. every since that day I have bought tudors and breitlings from different staff over the few years. Every time I pass by I always walk in to look at the watches and to talk to the amazing staff. Without fail the staff always welcome me and have a chat it genuinely feels like a family.

Another visit to Hugh Rice in Hull today to collect my new Rolex. On arrival I was met by a female member of staff with a very nice coffee and made very welcome. The handover of my watch was again provided by the ever impressive and enthusiastic Kristian who makes the whole experience a special one. I can fully recommend and endorse Hugh Rice jewellers, top marks, superb staff.

Allun never forgot about the watch I had ordered since the beginning of Hugh Rice's journey with Rolex. Today, the watch finally arrived, and I went in-store to collect it. Allun took the time to explain how the watch's complications work, which was very helpful.
