I bought a pair of earrings from Huguette and the clasps were so shoddy - the first time I wore them, one fell out of my ear without me noticing. I found it and put it back in, and 10 minutes later it was gone. Th earring is beautiful but the clasps don't work!
Update: after leaving the review, the customer service team reached out to me and offered a replacement, sending over a new pair of earrings. The clasp on these works much better, even if they require a little finessing. thank you!

It is not normal for an earring clasp to fail the very first time you wear it, and we completely understand your frustration.
Our jewelry is handcrafted and assembled through an artisanal process, including hand-finishing and quality control. While we apply strict standards, it can unfortunately happen, in rare cases, that a defect goes unnoticed. This is never the experience we want for our customers.
