Pen not recognized after 3 years of heavy use.
Post-warranty support worked well; they sent me the circuit boards for the graphics tablet, and the problem was solved. Efficient and friendly technical support.
Navigating the website to open the first support ticket was a bit complicated.

I had an experience where I had unfortunately bought the wrong tablet, being the Kamvas 13 instead of the Kamvas Slate 13
Despite this error, reaching out to them about an exchange had made this experience smooth, they were kind and understandable, even helping out with waiving some of the cost of refunds to make this exchange a little less costly on my end
if not for the brand, I'd highly recommend for the customer service and their generous team!

I bought a Kamvas 16 gen 3 directly from their site. It arrived broken. They sent a replacement, and the replacement was also broken. I officially sent a Notice of Withdrawal from the contract demanding a full refund under consumer rights. Huion is completely ignoring my refund request and trying to force me into another replacement loop. My bank and payment provider (Przelewy24) have been notified of this dispute. Avoid buying directly from their site.
Update: Huion is now sending automated bot replies about 'high volume' and 'drivers' while ignoring my legal refund demand. Total lack of professional support
Update 2: Thank you for the response. To be completely clear, the only acceptable 'proper solution' is a full cash refund and a prepaid return label. I have legally withdrawn from the contract under Art. 560 of the Polish Civil Code because the replacement tablet you sent was also defective. I will not accept a third replacement or partial compensation. I am waiting for the email from your human agent with confirmation of my full refund.

I had a few minor misalignment issues at the start, but in the end they were all easily fixed and its running really smooth now. Also the support is the best one ive seen yet, they even called me directly to help me with all problems i was having!

After over 20 years with WACOM I thought I'd give HUION a chance and bought a Frego M. I'm not a massive user and I use it as a replacement for a mouse. I had a tech issue but HUION support was great and we performed some remote trouble shooting. Turns out my pen was broken and HUION replaced within a week. But hardware, connection, speed and software is great! Very happy!

Huion has now responded publicly to this review, stating that the typical lifespan of such devices is around 3–5 years. However, this does not address the core issue.
This tablet failed completely after only a few years of normal indoor use and is now unusable. Additionally, Huion’s own support team previously indicated that the issue relates to an internal component within the model, which suggests this is not simply normal wear over time.
Despite this, no meaningful resolution has been offered beyond paying for replacement parts or purchasing a new device.
I remain open to a fair goodwill solution, but at this stage the situation remains unresolved.
I purchased a Huion Kamvas 22 Plus (2021 model) in February 2022 for around £500 expecting a reliable professional graphics tablet. Unfortunately, after only a few years of normal use the device developed an internal hardware fault and is now unusable.
For a professional display tablet at this price point, this lifespan is extremely disappointing. A device marketed for professional digital work should reasonably last significantly longer.
When I contacted Huion support, they acknowledged that the issue relates to an internal hardware component within this model, effectively confirming that the problem is due to a manufacturer defect rather than normal wear and tear. Despite this, the only solutions offered were to pay for replacement internal parts shipped from China or purchase a new tablet with a small discount.
Huion also suggested that I order the internal parts and replace them myself, which is completely unreasonable for a £500 professional device and not something most customers would have the tools or expertise to safely do.
In practice this leaves a £500 device that failed prematurely as little more than electronic waste, unless the customer is willing to pay additional costs and perform complex repairs themselves.
I spent weeks trying to resolve this issue with both Huion and the retailer but was repeatedly redirected without any meaningful resolution.
As someone who relies on a graphics tablet for digital work, the failure of this device is now starting to affect my ability to carry out my work and therefore my income.
Given the cost of the device and its intended professional use, I would reasonably expect it to last significantly longer. Situations like this are exactly why consumer protection laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 exist, as products should be reasonably durable.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to carefully consider durability and long-term support before investing in Huion products.

Less than 10 months after purchasing the device, the battery was not functioning for more than a few minutes, despite showing full charge. Following the manual, I attempted to recondition the battery, but that did not work, so I simply used it while plugged in. I contacted Huion support about the issue a little over 5 months later, and after requesting lots of pointless diagnostic feedback, they tell me they are unwilling to help due to the device now being out of warranty. While this is strictly true, the failure occurred during warranty, and I did not want to bother the company about something that may resolve on its own. They have since refused to do anything to refurbish or refund my device. Don't be like me. The second you have an issue, no matter how minor, contact support so it is on record. I will not be purchasing another huion device in the future, and I cannot speak positively about the quality of their product, customer service, or company ethics.
Honestly, I didn't expect much support since it was outside the warranty window, but they were not willing to work with me at all, unless I were to purchase a NEW device of course... $1500 down the drain unless I can get a new battery for this thing. It's even more frustrating because the issue would probably cost about $100 overall to fix, accounting for shipping and a new battery.
