Scam Trash
Those wrinkles and the way it’s flattened and packaged is permanent. It looks so nice in these advertisements, but it is a piece of garbage. Complete scam garbage! Do not buy this. I don’t appreciate being scammed for this amount of money like this the way they mailed it and packaged it is ridiculous. They folded the damn thing with one of those suction bags and now it has permanent wrinkles and lines all through it and parts of it never ref fluffed or inflated so it’s permanently flat. It looks ridiculous. It’s hideous. It looks like a used piece of trash. I would expect something like this if it was $50 but come on this is a scam. It also reeks and I could forgive that if it was actually the item that they advertised, but it’s not it looks nothing like the pictures. I will post pictures here if I could, but it has permanent lines and wrinkles all over it. it’s permanently bent permanently flattened. shame on these people. Do not buy this. I would leave zero stars if I could shame on you people give me back my money.

However, I want to be very direct with you: what you are seeing is a temporary physical reaction to vacuum-sealing for shipping, not a permanent defect or a scam.
We’ve helped thousands of families get that "perfect ad look," and these lines will disappear if you follow these specific steps to smooth out the fabric:
1. The Steamer Method: This is the absolute best way to "kill" those wrinkles. Use a handheld steamer on a gentle setting. The steam allows the fibers to relax and the foam to "pop" back into its smooth, intended shape almost immediately.
2. The Ironing Method: If you don't have a steamer, use an iron on low heat. Crucial Step: You MUST place a towel or cloth barrier between the iron and the mat to protect the fabric. Iron gently over the towel until the surface is flat and smooth.
3. The "New Foam" Scent: Because we seal our mats fresh at the factory, they can have a scent upon opening. This is completely non-toxic and will fade away within 24–48 hours once the mat has a chance to breathe in a ventilated room.
We haven’t encountered a case where these wrinkles were truly permanent—it just takes a bit of "TLC" with a steamer or iron to wake up the material after its long journey in a box.
