I have been using ear lights every morning for over 15 years. Gives energy and helps with nighttime depression. The company has very friendly and fast customer service, even on Saturdays. The package took 5 business days to arrive and the tracking number kept me following the package the whole time. The company now has a different team working than in the old Trustpilot comments. I recommend the company.
Really happy with this device, light therapy whilst listening to music is so cool. I’ve Had SAD all my life and I have friends who are sufferers too. This headset works but you also need to help yourself such as diet, drink plenty of water and take good quality vitamin D3 supplement

Bought December 2023. I had a query and customer service emailed me within a hour. Delivered in 3 days. It has a 30 day guarantee but we won’t be sending it back. Partner had no jet lag after returning from USA trip. Using it on waking now each day and I feel it really helps me get up and I feel I’ve got a bit more energy as I get up.

Too late for me; it looks like they have ceased trading according to a Google search. Don't be taken in by the website that says they are shipping in Feb. And still taking payments ... which is appalling!! Purchased Dec. and supposed to ship Jan.
Filled in an online contact form - no response.
Let's hope my credit card company can refund.

Total scam company. Took loads of orders on their recent Indiegogo campaign back in 2019 and now we are in 2021 with loads of broken promises and no realistic chance of getting a product or a refund. I don't understand why companies like indiegogo don't give better protection. My credit card couldn't even get me a chargeback!

I did receive the product I payed for on Indiegogo but it just turned up out of the blue. It's good they sent it but such strange behaviour to not keep proper communication to what was going on.
