Very helpful, found information I needed at a timely mater

I had retired in May of this year and needed to access my 401k account but the user name was my old company email so couldn't get in. I called and Colbey answered and was able to help me. I had to upload my drivers license so they could verify my identity and he had a lot of patience as I am not very tech savy. He got everything all set so I was able to log in to my account. Thank you Colbey for your help.

Frowny face on the difficulties trying to get thru to a live operator but once thru Eliza was extremely helpful . She was very pleasant , professional but personable . She guided me seamlessly back into being able to access my account, did not try to hard sell. Once able to view my account I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was performing.

She was able to look into my issue and quickly offer options for resolution, and then sent me a follow up email with those options.
