Best ever online assistance.

The back up help is the best i have ever experienced in the online world. I can really get pissed off with online platforms and their view of 'service' and help... well, it should be called something else! But the Humanitix crew are the best. i have had to call on them a couple of times... and i have been at maximum frustration... and within minutes they have helped me resolve 'impossible' issues! Thanks dudes and dudettes.

Order confirmation email issue fixed

Humanitix Rocks!

Switched to Humanitix from another system, and we have found that the experience is vastly better.

If anything ever goes wrong, or we have a query, we can hop on live chat and get the answers or help that we need straight away.

Had two queries this morning, both fixed inside about 3 minutes. Can't ask for better than that!

Best Ticketing Customer Service Ever

I used the chat initially and the response was swift; when I had to take a call, Zach continued working the problem and I had an email from him (even though I never provided my email) with an explanation of the problem and a work-around. I have never had such good customer service with a ticketing agency in my 25 years of making theatre.

Thank you for being human and approachable

I am so grateful to speak with a human and for it to feel personable. The email communications were very helpful and the phone call was helpful. Rose did some great investigating and detective work and resolved the challenge, something I was not able to do.
