Humanitix customer service is quick, friendly and helpful! I had a technical issue after inheriting an account during a maternity cover contract. Alex explained the issue and provided a solution lightning fast. Great stuff.
We recently switched to Humanitix to sell tickets to our events and have been so happy. Any questions we have have been answered, the site is user friendly, and the folks are great to work with.
It was a pleasure dealing with the company. The customer service was excellent and they were prompt enough to understand that I was not tech savvy and assisted me immediately. Noted that they have put in lot of thought behind creating it.
Avery is great to work with and explains the workings of Humanitix very well. Anytime I’ve reached out to her she responded very quickly. The site itself is very user friendly. I have recommended to others to use Humanitixs for their ticket platform. I’ve been very happy and impressed so far.

I have used the chat feature to communicate, and responses have always been prompt and professional. When I had an issue that needed more personal communication to resolve (I was confused and a couple attempts to un-confuse me weren't working via email), Avery made a face-to-face appointment and walked me through what needed to be done. Humanitix is easy to use and intuitive. As a nonprofit organization, I love the fact that they give 100% of their profits to charity. My organization is very happy to use and recommend Humanitix.
I've been repeatedly contacted, unsolicited, by Humanitix salespeople, who:
1. Contact me posing as customers through other ticketing platforms that I use.
2. Pitch a vague 'joint-venture' without telling me who they are but name-dropping other companies and a famous former Wallaby.
3. Ask me to contact them on their unlisted mobile numbers.
When I called to find out who had such a bizarre approach to business, they revealed they were Humanitix and tried to get me to sign up.
The first time, I told them do not ever contact me again.
It's happened twice more.

They are very wonderful at communicating and it's so easy to get in touch with a real life person instead of a bot, everyone I've worked with has been patient, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to answer all of my questions. I look forward to working with them in the future.
