Terrible experience – No refund, no response!

I subscribed to this service and cancelled within 3 days, well within the advertised "satisfaction guarantee" period. The product completely failed to meet expectations – especially in the "academic/university" mode in German, which provided incorrect and often nonsensical corrections.

I reached out to customer support twice (March 13 and March 16) to request a refund, but received no reply at all. It’s clearly a tactic: no support, no refund, and silence until the refund window closes.

This is incredibly unprofessional and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay away from this service. A company that ignores its customers and doesn't honor its refund policy is not trustworthy.

I am extremely frustrated with the…

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received. I purchased a package for 1,200 words, yet the system does not function as promised. When I attempt to process anything close to my purchased limit, it endlessly states "processing" and does not work. However, when I test with only 100 words, it processes immediately. This is completely unacceptable.

I did not pay for a service that only works in fragments. I expect to use the full 1,200 words as advertised, not be forced to break my input into tiny pieces because your system cannot handle it. This is misleading, a waste of my time, and frankly, a failure on your part to deliver what was promised. I demand an immediate resolution. Either fix the issue so I can use what I paid for, or issue a full refund
