Old plastic platform died

Old plastic platform died, so I needed a functional replacement for my humongous mahogany full size desk. For non-adjustable desks, you need the height adjustable platform! :)

The World LM chair I purchased was…

The World LM chair I purchased was received not as advertised. It was supposed to have the adjustable sliding seat base but instead the button for this function was simply removed. I assumed I received a defective chair but was told this was a design change. I feel like I overpaid for something I didn’t get. The seat cushion is also very hard and is difficult to sit in after a few hours. Otherwise the fit and finish is good.

Best Tax Exemption Experience

Exceptional Customer Service

I emailed questioning replacement parts, and I got a reply right with a link to the page I could find the part I was looking for. I was also offered a discount code.

That being said the office chair was so expensive I did not expect to have to replace the arm pads.

I would leave a better review if I had received anything.

I would leave a better review, but an email was sent asking me to leave one when I ordered the product nearly two months ago, paid full retail and still haven't received it. I ordered a keyboard an mouse drawer on 9/23/2025. Today is 11/11/2025 and I have not received the product nor had any updates.
