I would say that it would be beneficial to state what the standard height is for the chairs and stools so that when purchasing, the buyer knows whether or not they need to change the cylinder.

I absolutely LOVE Humanscale design and technology! I plan to buy a new office chair next. I bought their new NOVA desk lamp to replace an old, out of date, lamp that was cracked. I feel everything I buy from Humanscale is worth every penny since the longevity and beauty of their products is essential to me.

Everything was good until I tried to add the 10% discount code I was told I would get for signing up to your marketing -- in email and text. You should provide either ways to include multiple discount codes AND/or be very clear you can only apply one discount code per purchase. I now have to unsubscribe from all your marketing, which takes more time!

This is my 3rd human scale monitor solution and while it was different the the others. It has not disappointed. I like how they have made the footprint smaller with this model. I had two singles before for 27lbd thunderbolt displays was my first product. Now the dual arms are holding up to Dell 27 in monitors very easily and after a little tweaking they don’t wabble or lean down. This is one of those products that reminds me that you do get what you paid for. I went with a cheaper option at Best Buy and I wish I would have went right to human scale. As long as they stay affordable I’ll continue buying from them going forward
