Great product, lacking customer service
Great product, the best electrolyte I have tried. I usually buy from Boots but I recently bought directly from their website as I wanted to try the new pineapple flavour.
I didn't realise I signed up for a subscription and immediately tried to cancel it but the website gets stuck on the 'cancel subscription' page. I thought I'd done it but I noticed a charge from them this month so it tied to cancel again and the same thing happened. They don't really have any customer service, just a 'send a request for someone to email you back' type system. I've sent a request but in my experience those requests are usually unanswered.
Great product but I'm disappointed in their customer service.

Our suggested mixing ratio is 500ml–1L, but you can always add a little more water if that's what suits your taste best.

Great Product, great customer service.

I also somehow had two accounts running, emailed customer service who sorted it straight away for me, I can not fault the company. Tastes good as well 😋.

I love these electrolytes i've been using them a little while , especially whilst working in the heatwaves as I stand for long hours and an not able to keep easily hydrated these really help ,I now know my favourite flavours so got the offer with free Glass Bottle its so nice to drink from 😊👍🏼

I hate plain water so this is great.
I really do not like plain water and do not like that a lot of squashes have artificial sweetners and so on. I ordered, Elderberry, Mango, Cherry and Lime flavours of Humantra. They arrived with my two glass bottles quite quickly. The box was a little oversized. As someone who wants to really taste a flavour, I am pleased that even if diluted at 1000ml all the flavours are great. I like to use the bottle to chill my water overnight adding the flavour sachet in the morning, in order to decide then what flavour I want. I am currently drinking a bottle in the morning and one in the afternoon. My son says it tastes like an electrolyte drink off the shelf, it means he won't drink it, however, I am very happy. Tastes really good if you swap some of the tap water for sparkling water. Only improvement for me would be health information ie does it have a calorific, fibre etc value.

Just what you need
The drink is getting me through this hot weather. I first had a Xmas gift of the selection flavours and it noticeably got me feeling better after a bout of diarrhoea.
I’m sleeping better and giving it to my daughter who has been in hospital, to aid her recovery.
My other daughter drinks it and I recommend it to others. So thanks for making the product.
