issue with staining on clothing
Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to provide feedback regarding your aluminium-free deodorant (Simple Ingredients range).
While I appreciate the natural formulation and have not experienced any adverse skin reactions, I have unfortunately encountered a significant issue with staining on clothing. After several weeks of use, I noticed persistent greasy marks in the underarm area of my shirts, particularly on polyester fabrics. These stains have not come out even after repeated washing and appear to have permanently damaged some garments.
Having reviewed the ingredient list (including caprylic/capric triglyceride and beeswax), I understand that oil-based components may contribute to this type of staining. However, there is no clear warning on the packaging advising customers that the product may leave oil marks on clothing, especially synthetic fabrics.
I believe it would be fair and responsible to inform customers of this possibility, so they can make an informed decision before purchasing and using the product.
I would appreciate your comments on this matter and whether you have any recommendations for preventing or removing such stains.
