Total scam

Total scam! I ordered some things from them thru instagram on November 5th and they never sent them. At first they made promises of sending the items soon. But now they will not refund me or respond. It has been 4 months. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

SCAM COMPANY

Ordered for more than 100$ in August and still haven’t got my package. They do not respond to mails and I had contact with the company through instagram dm, when I complain and ask about my order they come up with excuses. In December they stopped answering dm. I was polite every time and waited politely for MONTHS. Scam company, do not buy anything!

This is a warning to everyone not to buy from humble estate

I ordered from Humble Estate on June 19, 2025 after finding them on Instagram, and I bought it as a gift to myself for my birthday.

At first they were communicating about delivery delays, which I was fine with. But after around four months they stopped responding completely and have been leaving my messages on seen. It’s now coming up on eight months, I’ve spent over $200, and I’ve received nothing.

I have requested a full refund, because I wouldn’t want to wear their brand and have people potentially go through what I have.

Terrible customer service - products not received

My daughter ordered products from the first drop back in june last year 2025. After several attempts to get tracking information there’s been no progress. It’s the same response please be patient, we are truly sorry blah blah blah, with the courier, tracking will be available soon Last comms was 17/10 stating tracking will be sent in a couple of days, blah blah?? It’s now 3 months later and now they’ve stopped responding to my requests for tracking. Such a scam!! Disgusting that you do this to people.

It's been almost 1 year and not only…

It's been almost 1 year and not only the clothes havent been delivered, Liam who's in charge of the company, is not responding and last he answered back in July(!!) was that can not acncel cause the package its already been shipped out. Absolute scams.

SCAMMERS

SCAM

Ordered almost 6 months ago and haven’t received anything. Contacted them a shit laod of times and they only replied twice saying “it’s on it’s way” and the package never came.
Still waiting and on my mesages about wanting my money back they also do not replie, others have the same problem. In the beginning it was okay but everyone who ordered after juli never got their package.

You will never recieve your product

You will never recieve your product. Not even after 6 months. Multiple times of contact with the company but they always say it will come and they will send it next week. But it will never arrive because they eventually just ignore your texts or emails.

Horrible

Horrible. I ordered in February it’s October almost November still never got my order, I tried contacting them multiple times on Instragram, email never an answer just left on seen… Unacceptable. Stole my money and a scam.

Although we had some shipping delays .

Although we had some shipping delays .. I’m still currently putting in ANOTHER ORDER! I love the material and it’s so comfy! Thank you to the customer service department for checking in on the orders and giving us a status! I’ll continue to give my business to humble estate!

WARNING: Humble Estate Refusing Shipment or Refund for Order #YJLUDVJ9L / No: 17509 – Holding My Money Hostage

​I placed an order for a Premium Mystery Box with Humble Estate on June 19, 2025. The total charge, including shipping, was C$46.98 (C$49.99 item + C$6.99 shipping - C$10.00 discount). It has now been over three months, and the company has delivered neither the product nor a refund. This is a straightforward case of withholding funds for an unfulfilled service.

​Chronology of Failure :

Initial Contact (June 19): I contacted the business about my order status through instagram. They responded immediately, focusing only on the contents of the box and attempting to rope me into their affiliate program, encouraging me to promote their brand before the item was even shipped.

Formal Refund Demand (July 10): After nearly a month of no action, I requested a full refund.

Delay Tactic (July 10): Humble Estate instantly responded with a generic, non-specific excuse, claiming my package was "currently at the export customs" and citing "tariffs." This was clearly a stall tactic to avoid processing a refund.

Order Deleted and Silence (Today's Date, Oct 4): Today, after months of waiting, I discovered that I can no longer view any details for order #YJLUDVJ9L when logging into my account. The order has been quietly deleted or hidden from my customer dashboard. I immediately sent a final message demanding a full refund and was met with complete silence.

Humble Estate has failed to ship the product I paid for, given a fabricated excuse about customs, and is now actively refusing to process the full refund I am legally owed. By erasing my order details and cutting off communication, the company has effectively taken my C$46.98 and delivered absolutely nothing.

​If you are considering ordering from Humble Estate, be warned that this company demonstrates deceitful practices, using delay tactics and then ignoring customers when they demand a refund. My next step is filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting this conduct to Canadian and US consumer protection agencies.
​Humble Estate: Issue my full refund of C$46.98 immediately.

Give it a chance

I'm sure many of you have seen the bad reviews already. They did have a bunch of shipping problems caused by the tariffs and I'm sure a bunch of other stuff that followed that.
I but when the clothing did arrive I was genuinely blown away by the quality and feel of the clothing. As far as I know the international shipping is fixed now so give it a chance. The owner is a nice young guy that was thrown into a bad situation, but the clothing is really high quality and worth the price (and wait)
