Wow, where to begin!

We have been both amazed and delighted with our experience of commissioning a Humphrey Munson Kitchen and supplementary rooms.

Our contact with the team at HM has been outstanding …Kate, Tom, Jon, Frankie, Géorgie, Alice and of course, Louisa! (Sorry, I’m sure I’ve missed off some people! But the contact and level of service has simply been excellent from everyone at HM).

Each, and every, query has been handled in the most professional and friendly manner. Their advice on design and suitability, is second to none.

The installation was on time and seamless. The after sales service commitment has been exemplary.

The photo shoot with Paul and Louisa was an unexpected bonus!

Their supplementary products, dining chairs, bar stools, ladders etc, are the most beautiful quality and design.

The Felsted showroom is wonderful for experiencing the product quality and warm professionalism of this company, and to understand the incredible ability of the craftsmen and women working behind the scenes crafting the most high-end and smart cabinetry and furniture - Thank you!!

We consider our kitchen to be an investment, and the quality of workmanship, timeless design and ability to refresh the colours/wood trim in many years to come, means we are HM kitchen owners forever!

You certainly do get what you pay for…and for us that is a dream kitchen, created by an amazing company!

When purchasing from Humphrey Munson whether that’s fabric samples, wood samples furniture or home accessories I correspond via email with Georgina. Georgina is so helpful and efficient with responding. From customer care, product design, craftsmanship and delivery it has all been a very smooth and enjoyable experience with beautiful pieces to put into my home which fill me with so much joy.

There’s an old adage in life that “you get what you pay for”. Whilst we could have chosen several cheaper competitors we didn’t want to sacrifice on quality. There’s a different feeling we got when we visited the HM showroom in Felsted - and once we’d been we knew it was the right company for us. They are able to blur the lines between traditional craftsmanship with more contemporary design. The oxymoron of classic modern - the overriding brief of our whole project - is something that comes naturally to HM. More than that we’ve learned that interior design is really about the feelings you get when you walk in a space - and every HM showroom gave us that feeling… warm, relaxing, sophisticated. The capacity to deliver something exceptional isn’t a surprise when you meet the people - Louisa, Emily, Alice, Emma, Tom (and so many more). They care about the project, they will give you any time you need, they go beyond just kitchens, beyond cabinetry… they consider the entire space… lighting, flooring, furniture etc. They are a team which you really feel are on your side and trying to help you succeed.

They are not the cheapest but as we’ve also discovered in this journey of running a project and more generally in life - if you want the best you have to pay for it. Having now worked on our project together for what has ended up being years of speaking to one another I do really believe HM are the best. You get what you pay for - quality, dedication and time. A space that is timeless and ultimately will create memories for years to come.

Working with Humphrey Munson on our home was exceptional from start to finish. Louisa’s design support was outstanding — her keen eye, flawless taste and ability to think outside the box transformed our home. Her attention to detail is unmatched and nothing was ever too much trouble.

We worked with many external contractors during our renovation and Humphrey Munson were by far the best — from design, to project management, to the final product. The whole team was exceptional throughout, with Tom, Chloe and Georgie (to name just a few!) going above and beyond at every stage.

The end result is beautiful, functional and far beyond anything we imagined. Highly recommend!

From start to finish Humphrey Munson were fantastic! They were always available to answer any questions, extremely helpful with the design process and always so kind and welcoming whenever we needed to pop into the showroom.
They stuck to the timeline put forward - there were no delays whatsoever and the finished product is nothing short of amazing.

Humphrey Munson is amazing, the service is impeccable. Although their items are an investment, they are one of a kind and unbeatable on the market. Georgina, Nina and Chloe were all amazing and ensured we were always well looked after and kept in the loop every step of the way! We are left with a one of a kind piece and are so happy! Thank you to the wonderful delivery team too! We didn’t catch their name but they were incredible and looked after every detail.

Louisa and the team at Humphrey Munson did our kitchen and pantry as part of our house renovations, I had saved so many pictures of their kitchens in the years before we bought our home and had always loved the look and feel of the rooms they designed, what I had not known or anticipated was the exceptional level of care and client teamwork that delivers those results - Literally every person you meet at this company, whether it is the person leading the design on your project, drawing it, measuring it, fitting it, quality checking it, or the person who picks up the main phone line when you need something in a hurry, each person is so happy to work there, they each have genuine interest in your project, and pride in delivering the large number of exceptional outcomes that they do. Their attention to detail is second to none, and their advice is incredibly practical to ensure their kitchens can work hard while looking so good (i thank my lucky stars multiple times a week for our perennials fabric choice on our bench!) From the design process to installation, I genuinely could not recommend Humphrey Munson highly enough.

We have taken delivery of another Ludlow console table this week - this time in Westminster Oak - and we couldn’t be more delighted. It is a lovely feature for the room. As always with H|M beautiful craftsmanship, finish and attention to detail. We wouldn’t look anywhere else for a piece of furniture like this and very much appreciated the help provided by the team in making our choice.

We used HM during our renovation for our kitchen, utility, pantry and a bar. From initial contact, to design, project management, install and aftercare they have been exceptional throughout. The finished kitchen looks incredible, but it also functions amazingly for our family. They really do think about every little detail, and don't stop until everything is perfect.

We also bought an ex-display dining table from them which we knew to be several years old. When it arrived it was immaculate, which shows the quality and longevity you can expect from their products.

I had previously ordered an Olive Tree from HM, and had been very impressed with the quality and the service so when it came to fitting out our new orangery with a bar and working out the interior design I contacted HM. The service from first point of contact to final finish of the bar and interior decor for the orangery was exceptional. Every member of staff was efficient, communicative, polite and efficient. We were always kept well informed of deliveries and timings for everything and they did exactly what they said they would. I agree with the other reviews that I have read they are probably the best company we have dealt with, and having refurbished our house over the last 5 years there have been many, and it is great to see that this standard still exists. I would highly recommend HM both for the quality of their product and their service and will certainly use them again.

Humphrey Munson truly are the UK’s leading cabinetmakers. Every aspect from enquiry through to design, installation and aftercare excels. We have now worked with HM on numerous Interiors projects and each one has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I ordered a personalised board and the service from start to finish has been first class.
They managed to turn around the order in super quick time for a special birthday and I am incredibly thankful and impressed by the wonderful team at HM.

I visited the Chelsea branch for a workshop and was so impressed with the joinery and products, I hope one day to have our new kitchen from there but what really stood out was the help and efficiency the team there were able to deliver without even being asked. Georgina managed to get a delayed delivery out of storage to us before Christmas. She went above and beyond what was needed and I was so surprised that that level of customer service exists but I can now see that as a company it extends from their head office team right through to the delivery drivers who were the most polite and professional I have ever met. Thank you all so much for making Christmas happen.
