I made my order online on December 15, 2025. The company processed my credit card payment on December 17, 2025. I got a pre shipment notification from the Company and USPS on December 18, 2025. The order remains unshipped as of December 24, 2025. I have contacted the Company 5 times during this time frame via email. I have not received a reply.
I do not recommend this Company. Poor Service is all you get.
Impressive super good service. Good email correspondence. They replaced a dog toy where the battery couldn't hold power, no problem. Can only recommend. - Will definitely shop there again.
