First order get 20% less procent of....not happening (You can't input the 20LESS code). Second thing is that they have low selection of restaurant in my are compare to Thuisbezorgdt.

Unreliable.

I made my first order, paid trough iDeal, yet I didn't get a confirmation email or an SMS, the website started breaking down (500 - Unreachable error), and I'm pretty sure I just wasted my money and will not get my order, because it's been over an hour since I placed it. This website is borderline a scam. You pay and get nothing.
Edit: Eventually I reached someone at the chat, and she made my offer valid, I received an SMS after she did, then she rudely left the chat without even giving me a chance to say thanks. Overall, this website is a hassle, and extremely unreliable. As my first attempt to order food in NL, it's been a very poor experience.

We've experienced some technical issues this weekend resulting in big delays in orders being sent out and confirmation not being sent out to customers - I can certainly understand that you must have been wondering if everything was ok and then on top of that the website being down! I understand this must have left you with little trust in us. All this also resulted in lots of questions from both our customers and our restaurants - these got to a point where we almost couldn't help our customers right away anymore! Excellent food!

We loved the food. Next time we'll order extra spicy though. Took somewhat long time to deliver.

Has Potential

Overall the site was easy to use and we like the concept of having a "points" card. However, there were a few little things, like the admin cost, the iDeal fee, and some of the options when ordering were confusing - a meal comes with a sauce, but you still had to pay extra for it and couldn't select "no sauce".
