Dont waste your money load of nock off rubbish

I ordered a Large tactical hoodie from them and it was not the product they were advertising. First off, the size inside the hoodie said XXXL which it was not as it was way too small. I took a picture of one of my normal Large hoodies and this hoodie on top of it and sent it to their support team the day I received it asking for a refund because it was not what I wanted and they requested that I measure the length difference for them of the 2 hoodies. This is a terrible knock off company who is just trying to take your money. When trying to work with their support team, I got nothing but disrespect from them. Do not waste your money on their terrible knock off products. You will absolutely regret it.

A joke company selling cheap knock-offs from China. The products look nothing like the photos on their website and the quality of the materials is terrible.
I ordered 2 large hoodies and the first one that arrived was XXL. I emailed them to ask for an L to be sent and all I got is a pre-written response asking me to measure the product and send them photos, as apparently the sizes vary from country to country.
This would be valid if the 2ND hoodie hadn't have arrived in L like I actually ordered. Every email is answered with the same response. They are clearly laughing overseas at ripping off so many people in Australia and have no intention of sending me what I actually ordered.
AVOID.
Can everyone who has given a poor review on here please contact trading standards or an ombudsman. If we all complain we can get this fake website shutdown and stop them from ripping more people off.

Absolute joke of service. I’d give them NO STARS If I could.
Any normal online site at first and the range isn’t bad but a word of warning, once you get your order just make sure it’s right!
I ordered a present for a birthday and when it came I found out it was the wrong size. I tried to get An exchange which I clearly asked for, and all I got was emails back telling me to jump through hoops as they needed photos of the size they sent. I did all that only to be told that there is no exchange happening as that’s what I ordered. I clearly told them it was not used and it’s still in the packaging as I’d only just got it delivered but they then ignored my emails and now I can’t get in touch.
If you have a chance of going elsewhere for your items then do it!! They have bad service and you won’t get anywhere with them if things are slightly incorrect on either side!

Bad response to refund request. Quality is cheap and very simple from China without product explanations inside. Very disappointing process.

I would give them a zero if possible. I ordered from their website and was told it could take up to seventeen business days, which wasn't a big deal. After twenty business days, I still hadn't received anything. No package. No email letting me know the status of my shipment. I contacted them and was given the run around email on how they were "escalating my shipment to the fullfillment department". Finally, I just asked for my money back and have been waiting a month on something that was supposed to take a few business days to go through.

Ordered the tactical hoodie during their sale. It took over 7 weeks to arrive.
It fits quite well but the stitching doesn't look the best.

It took me emailing them twice before someone actually gave me a valid response.

I will see after a couple of washes if the quality degrades.

Ordered 3 tactical hoodies and received in about a month. Shipment did indeed come from China.Not sure what I was expecting as far as material or function. it's a hoody after all. Got 2 for me and one for my GF, They seem fine to me, got the XL for me based on their sizing chart and it fits good, GF said hers fit well too. Not sure what makes it "tactical" but it's a nice soft material with an embossed pattern. There was one fray sticking out one sleeve/cuff junction that I cut and burned, then I noticed the pattern for a couple rows is different on one sleeve. The pattern is rectangular rather than square. Don't feel I got ripped off but I won't be buying from them again. Certainly no worse than buying Levis....

BAIT AND SWITCH - used a picture of quality product to get sale and send cheap product not even the same cut or fabric textures or quality of stitching as shown - cheap china knock off that is not even matching the sale photo.

Do not order from Hunteroo. Like everyone else has said, it's a complete scam.

Waited 2 months for my initial order. When It came, the sizes were incorrect. I ordered small, they delivered large.

I requested a refund due to me recieving an incorrect order and they told me that sizing varies from country to country. Even though on their sizing chart, it clearly states small = 36inch, large = 42inch.

I explained that numbers and inches were universal so they told me I needed to provide proof of measurements. I had a tailors tape in my apartment so I sent the measurements. That was approx 3 weeks ago and I've not received a response.

By the way, the material and actual look of the product is nowhere near what they advertised.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I rather rate NO star than 1 star for this business. Never trust this company. Their products are cheap, urgly & terrible made from China. All information on their web are fake & not real. Walk away from this business.

Ordered 3 pieces of clothing.. all came straight from China and completely junk.

Product was not what was advertised. I paid over $120 for very cheap quality that doesn't even look like what I ordered.

Awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ‘COMPANY’. Terrible quality, poor stitching, size is wrong, hoodie is cheap, was made in China but has US address. A stupid impulse buy that I regret. Avoid avoid avoid. I’ve requested a refund but it’ll cost loads to send to states so barely worth it.

Clothing sizes nowhere near those quoted - quality terrible, stitching falling apart - made in China with no hunteroo branding - basically garbage - returns are to a US address (I'm in UK) - cost to return nearly more than the sweater in the first place.

Made a horrible mistake not looking at the reviews for this company! Ordered the sweatshirts a month ago the track doesn’t show it has left China yet! What a scam!! After reading reviews about the service and refunds I don’t even think it is worth my time to deal with these jokers!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!! Read the reviews!!!!!

Same exact stuff everyone else has mentioned. The "Large" shirt I ordered is really a "smedium" and the sleeve sizes are only large enough to fit a man working in a north Korean prison camp. Im 6'2 190lbs and the shirt three sizes too small. The tag says "XXL".

Cheap products made in China sold as a scam.

Poor customer service, they asked me to send a picture of the measurements of the shirt. What a joke, the "sizing guide" for their products is not plainly visible for a customer to find. Its a clickable link that opens another page.

Terrible and frustrating - they provide cheap Chinese products that smell like chemicals and will refuse to honor their return policy. Stay Away!!!
