As a new driver didn’t know what was wrong with my car but I had put the wrong fuel in. Hunters were reassuring, quickly rectified my car and even dropped it off when finished. Reception staff were amazing . Highly recommend.

Hunters of Linlithgow carried out the repair on my car efficiently and to a high standard, with clear communication and professional customer care throughout. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The complimentary hot drinks were a nice touch as well! Highly recommend for quality workmanship and reliable service. Deserves zero star
Deserves zero star but trustpilot won’t allow.Absolute thugs don’t explain charges upfront. Called them at 15:14 to check if it is done and the response is not yet and get a call at 16:09 to confirm it’s done. Charges of £48 for vehicle inspection. Should be ashamed of such conduct and vehicle smells of oil and grease even a basic gargage puts plastic cover on seats before allowing mechanic to step in.
You were contacted through your website “Contact Us” page and you never responded with the quote over actual medium of contact nor lady who called me or nor when I dropped the key. Regarding the inspection, not even a bolt has moved as I had to remind you that car is in for inspection . If you are reputable as you claim, where is the video of your inspection. Should be ashamed to lie. Getting reported to Trading standards.
Got vehicle inspected through main dealer and they had a laughed for the 48£ charge on clearly water damaged tail light.

A new tyre was ordered and the knocking fixed the same day . Great service
Had a burst tyre
Had a burst tyre, rocked up to hunters at 5:55pm on a Friday night. Mechanic came through and offered to change the tyre for me to ensure I had my car for the weekend. Amazing service, so friendly and helpful.

I had my car in recently and as ever was treated with exceptional service. I was advised on a few repairs needed and they managed to do them the same day at a very reasonable cost. I met Louise who has recently joined the team, she showed great customer focus, friendly and professional a delightful addition to the staff who have looked after me for years. LR Evoque Front springs
I had our Evoque in with Hunters this week for replacement of the front springs. A first class service from start to finish. I had a clear and concise quote back within an hour of calling them where as it took landrover dealer an entire day to come up with a figure which was twice the price. I requested for Hunters to use genuine landrover parts which was no problem and I was booked in for the work to commence in around 48hrs. Once they got into the job they realised that there was items that would not need changed and that was reflected in the bill. This demonstrates honesty & transparency in my opinion so a trust worthy service.
Electric car service
We had our Electric Peugeot serviced at Hunters , They were cheaper than Peugeot and the Service advisor said they checked the main battery health and said the main dealer wont normally do this , To say I'm very impressed is an understatement.

Oily hand prints left inside and outside
Took jaguar E-Pace with 9,000 miles for service and 1st MOT, picked up car next day with oily handprint on drivers door leather and on dashboard at passenger side. Drivers door handle was black with oily hands a disgrace to treat customer vehicles like this!

Went for mot...got a refusal of mot due to excessive oil and coolant leak...they didn't offer to investigate and repair..told to rebook once it was fixed...turned out to be a new water pump and pipe for oil was all that was required...not very helpful for being a garage.
