The service is great and quick delivery. Also the range of products that they stock. If any product not available they will always come up with a solution or equivalent/better product

Tried to order an item and put in my disposable card number. Rejected by huntoffice.ie. Double-checked the numbers and they are correct. It's a disposable card number: strange they don't like it!!!!!!!!!!

Update 19/01/2025: Got phone call from Huntoffice explaining they use Stripe for their payments and don't know why the card was rejected, apologising for the inconvenience and offering to take payment now over the phone; also to investigate the problem and rectify it for the future. As a result, I am updating my review to 3*.

I had a great dealing with one of the members called Teresa, she was very easy to deal with, very understanding and very professional. Went out of her way to ensure my query was dealt with as fast as possible. Would deal with her 100% going forward.

From the first contact I had with Hunt Office, ie my initial enquiry as to their supplying specific chairs for my need, I was impressed by the helpful advice I was given. the order was delivered exactly on time and the delivery was smooth because the delivery man went out of his way to place the chairs inside the room where they were needed.
My contact afterwards led to me being supplied with an instrument for adjusting the chairs, if that be needed.

Laura is so quick to reply and so helpful when you have any queries. I made an error on ordering something a few months back and she contacted me immediately with the solution to fix it.

Customer service provided was fast and extremely accomodating. I purchased the wrong padlocks on the webstie and only discoved this months later. They issued me a full refund and I dropped the locks back to their friendly staff. Emilija was especially helpful so I would like to extenda special thanks to her. I could not purchase the Large EcoFlow (4000w) anywhere in Ireland but here as no one else had it. For some reason my bank would not allow the credit card to work at the website, so I reserved it in the shop until I could get to their premises in Athlone.
The staff were very friendly, helpful when I got there and the price for the device was good.
