Ordered the Screen Wash after one use my screen was completely ruined - tried to contact the company but have had all emails ignored:(

Placed an order on the 28th March and still have not received my order 4 weeks later! I emailed the company over 2 weeks ago to see where my order was and still no reply. I have called the company twice to be told it’s being sent and still nothing! The order was for £470 so gutted that still not received this item!

From my first enquiry through to placing my order the support has been absolutely incredible! Kristin has advised, guided and made suggestions that have enabled me (a complete novice) to buy what I need at a very reasonable price. Honestly, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I’ve been ordering from Hunt The Moon for a little while now after starting my screen printing journey last year.
I usually make my own screens but required a larger one for a new design - I’d originally ordered this from another company and had an awful experience, so I got in touch with Hunt The Moon over email to see if they would be able to make my custom screen. I emailed back and fourth with Kristin who was so helpful, and a couple of weeks later received my screen, ready exposed with my design. I’ve had no issues whatsoever and the quality is fantastic, print after print. I also use many of their own brand water-based inks, and their squeegees which are great value for money and do the job.
Highly recommend Hunt The Moon and will continue using them for my screen printing supplies!

These guys are amazing, products are superb quality and their screen printing blog has helped me alot in my journey. Their customer service is outstanding, rapid replies and really sweet support team, last time I spoke with Kristin and she was so helpful, id give more stars if I could ! There alot of brands that sell similar products, but since my experience with hunt the moon was so lovely, id never buy elsewhere :)))

My order was despatched on 22nd Dec (placed on 21) . Send Two emails regarding my lost parcel in January. It's now 30 Jan - no reply, no parcel. Would not buy again from them. Not willing to resolve issues. They charge £3.95 shipping for light and small items like 1m of screen printing mesh. Lost £10.95 and priceless oportunity to use what I bought until I order from somewhere else. You may have good experience or lose money and wait for item forever. Try competition.

Update: finally I got response to my email and new parcel was received.

Initially swift when sending out screenprinting screens (which themselves are well made) but very slow to respond to issue with lost order of printing ink & to remedy issue when acknowledged. Consequently another supplier had to be found and replacement ink from Hunt The Moon has still yet to arrive, over two weeks since the initial order was placed.
