I have an old Citizen watch, I could not find any thing about it but googling I found Mr. Hurley Roberts Service. I emailed him all the numbers he returned the email within 2 day with all the information and parts, that were also at a great price, Thank you Mr. Hurley.

I have used Hurley Roberts for many years, sent my dive watch to them which they received on March 21, 2024, I tried contacting them for 3 months and heard nothing back. O June 18, 2024 I received an invoice for over $400 for repairs which I advised them to return the watch to me without repairs. I have made numerous written and telephonic attempts for watch return status and to this day (8 months later) I have not heard back from them, nor have I received my watch. I am very disappointed in this company now. I guess my next step is the BBB

I have used Hurley Roberts for my most prized watches for several decades now! I would not trust anyone else- when others told me my Scuba Dive watch could not be fixed, they did the work quickly and I was so relieved. It is a special 20th anniversary gift from my wife of 45 years now. Just had them change out the seals and batteries this month and the watch is still working like new!

I've sent my watches to Hurley-Roberts for many years, but they outdid themselves this time. I sent an old Citizen's EcoDrive that needed some TLC. They sent me a detailed repair summary, and once I approved it, they went to work. They kept me advised of the status, and when it was all over they sent me my watch which was basically a new watch! They included a detailed explanation of all the work, and you couldn't ask for better service.

Sent my citizen hyper aqualand watch for service and have used them in the past and price was always reasonable. But this time I received an estimate for more than $275 USD and the estimate indicated that the watch needed complete overhaul due to the date of their last service, but I hadnt been diving since the pandemic. I felt this was too much and declined the service. After more than 6 emails, and 3 weeks my watch was returned and I found on the internet a ft lauderdale company..DIVEWATCH DOCTOR.COM and spoke Arturo, the owner. I sent him the watch and in 2 days from receipt of the watch, I paid a cost of $86 including return shipping and it was serviced, and pressure tested to 160 ft. I have never felt so mad and taking advantage of as from Hurley Roberts estimate and felt compelled to advertise for divewatchdoctor .com

Great workmanship. The company is knowledgeable and professional, but time required to complete the repair was excessive. If not for the time required I'd have given them 5 stars.

Quality and professionalism. I am very satisfied with the work done on my watch. The only thing they can improve on is communicating the time frame for the repair. I received my watch back in (5) months. An email once a month would have great by keeping aware of the stages of the repair.

Very easy to set up a pre-paud label to send your watch to them. They then check it out and send you an estinate of repair costs. Once paid for, they fixed my Eco-Drive Stiletto (my favorite watch) and returnedthru USPS priority mail. I highly recommend Hurley Roberts for your Citizen watch repairs.

My wife was given a Citizens Eco-Drive watch by our youngest son several decades ago. It was a special gift. After quite some time, it would not keep time. No matter how long we left it in the sun, it stopped after a few hours. We took it to a fine local jewelry store and they quoted $250 to “replace the capacitor” After six months of excuses, we asked for the watch back and found Hurley Roberts Service was a Citizen’s authorized repair facility. In all my 80 years of dealing with repair facilities, I have never known a better organization. The bottom line was that they returned it for much less and in only six weeks, and it works like new.

But that is not the whole story. Every communication I initiated was returned in one business day. Their website had me fill out an information sheet. The next day I received the estimate. This was not an ordinary “estimate.” It was complete. It was thorough. It looked like a medical exam. It described every facet (pun intended) of the watch and band. I prepaid for the repair. Even though they said some repairs might take 12 weeks, I got impatient and asked about the repair at four weeks. The next day, I got the answer that they were redoing their systems—they apologized!.
After six weeks, I got an e-mail it was being shipped. It arrived in two days, perfect.

I sent my watch for a repair . It was recieved by this company ,March21st. I have no idea what has happened since. This company does not respond to any form of inquiries. I want my watch repaired or replaced ASAP.

They did a great job of repairing my watch and letting me know how much it would cost and the progress of my repair. It can take a long time, but they do good work.

Good work they did. I trust them.

In a word: Easy. Simple to go on their website and download the shipping label. HR supplies the link for prepayment once estimate is complete, as well as return ships once repairs are made. No charge either way. My Citizen Eco-drive watch runs perfectly now and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I'm lost without my watch! Thank you Hurley Roberts! I will call on you again when needed.

I couldn't be more impressed with Hurley Roberts. My specific band is discontinued and they tracked one down within 2 weeks! They kept me updated the entire time. Wonderful experience 5 stars!
