]they told us that we got help that we did not get which resulted in the IRS putting a lien against all of our assets as soon as we finished paying $5000.00 to Hurricane taxes for nothing.

Actually was accepted. The IRS was suppose to have increased my monthly payment and it has not happened.

Tried to charge me an extra 9,000 to do work they’d already been paid 7,500 to do, and nothing was even done. Would never answer or return my calls to find out how things were going. Sketchy at best, criminal at worst.

I was scared to call hurricane taxes after I talk to him all my problems were solved I had 12 years of back taxes owed they got my taxes down to zero balance owed I have never been happier in my life they did a great job I would tell everybody to use them

Had no problem taking our payments but when we finally questioned what they were actually doing to assist us, they were going to have someone call us back but they never did. Tried to call many many times with same response. They totally ghosted on us! We finally stopped paying in attempt to get them to call us. Instead they sent the IRS notice they were not representing us any longer! They are not honest! Would not recommend!!

The team has been working with me and for me. They have achieved an agreement w the IRS and myself.very pleased

I hired them after another company screwed me over and they were very convincing at first. They only contacted me to collect or if I left 5 messages and at the end they settled for a much larger payment than I can afford and was no help at all

The worst company I have dealt with in my life this company took my money and didn’t do anything to help me and when I call them to answer my questions they ignored me and when I requested a manager they told me that he was going to call me back I waited two weeks for him to call me back and he never did I receive a email at the end saying that everything was taken care of this company completely lie to me at a time that I really need there help so any one that’s thinking about doing business with this company think twice about it so they don’t rip you off like they did to me and my family

Very helpful and friendly staff. Cindy, Bobby and Frank all helped out and explained thoroughly what was needed and how things were progressing. I had a phone call from them and we went over the form they needed over the phone. My procrastination got the better of me and they helped out and got the information from me.

They did not even listen to me when they interviewed me about my case.

Did not even come close to delivering what they said they would. A complete waste of money. All I did was prolong my IRS payments and pay them thousands of dollars that I could have been paying the IRS.

I would not recommend HurricaneTax Relief. They told me that they would be able to significantly reduce the late tax we owed and our debt was only slightly reduced.

They submitted my 2017 return electronically. (450.00)
IRS kicked it back due to some claimed one of my deductions. They never called me to tell me. I didn't find out until my accountant doing my 2019 taxes found out 207 was never filed... Turned out instead of oweing in 2017 I got a refund of 2300.00.
I would suggest hiring this company for you landscaping not your taxes cause my experience went to the shredder with them.

I still may sue them!!

I didnt recieved the service I needed. I paid 1900 dollars just to get a hold on paying them. I still owe the IRS over 10,000 and I'm in debt. I need a refund of my 1900 so I can put it towards my IRS payment. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Crooks, they never did follow thru with what they said they would do. My situation got worse under their program

They did what they promised and did just that, kept the IRS from contacting me weekly

There was very little back and forth discussion when my case was being worked on. I have no idea who talked to the IRS and what arguments they shared on my behalf to try and get my taxes lowered. And after a while i did not hear anything for a while and I just figured they were done with my case.
