Very good company very good customer service and products 5 star service

I made an enquiry by email. Reply said they could definitely help and asked for more details and photos. So I sent all the info. Then nothing, not even an acknowledgement. Chased by the mobile provided after the first contact, voicemail, no call back. If in fact they can't help it would be polite to say so. Very disappointing service (or lack of).

I’ve had the hush soundproofing installed on my party wall due to noisy neighbours who constantly watch tv through their sound bar and also have a ‘musically gifted’ son who thinks he’s in concert with Black Sabbath! The system has cut the noise level to some degree as every day sounds are more muffled but the base still travels through although albeit at a more tolerable level if I turn my tv up. I understand different sounds travel at different frequencies, but I was expecting more than what it’s delivered. Therefore, if I were to recommend Hush on cost alone, I would look for a cheaper alternative.

Hush have completed nearly £7000 pounds work to my property which has made probably a 50% difference so I couldnt say its value for money. The contractors were plesant and did their job but the planning was a complete mess. They had no warning of what the job entailed before hand and turned up without the materials. I notice head office chased me endlessly for money when jobs werent finihsed (returned 2 months later to complete major snagging) and left rubbsih all over my drive despite promising to collect it. Been to the skip about 8 times which is a 30 mile round trip I have to book an appointment for so not very impressed.

Had Hush soundproof my bedroom less than two weeks ago.
Would probably estimate less than 30% difference in noise from our neighbours but not enough to warrant the cost at all.
The contractor turned up two hours late and told us he'd been sent the wrong image for the job and needed to go get different supplies, he left for another two hours. I had to call the business several times to check where the contractor was as I had someone waiting for them to arrive.
I assumed someone from Hush would be contact to see how the job went, we heard nothing.
I can still hear my neighbour through the wall at the minute so overall I wouldn't recommend.
The contractor who completed the job was professional and did his job.
There however was no communication about his arrival time or aftercare once the job was completed.

I first came across Hush when I attended one of their CPD events on outperforming the minimum standards of Approved Document E for new builds, change of use and refurbishment projects. The presentation was very informative and I contacted Hush as a result of it. Their technical expertise helped one of our refurbishment projects where we had to sound proof a block of apartments, where they advised exactly what we had to do to achieve sound reduction and supplied the right products to do it.

Having searched for the Hush website to try and find a suitable solution to a floating floor problem, I was pleased to find two products which were able to resolve my difficulties.
Getting in contact with Hush via the telephone I was able to verify that the products would meet my specification which was helpful. I then received a follow up email which presented more product information with recommendations for their usage.
Following their advice I purchased the products which was a simple telephone transaction.
Having told Hush that I required the product quickly, they assured me that delivery would take place the following day despite the order being placed around mid day. As promised, It did, which was very useful.
The Hush staff were knowledgeable, polite and helpful and they saved me approx 30 % of my original intended expenditure.

I was looking for a floating floor for my studio (((dmb))) studios and found hush acoustics, and I'm glad I did. Their advise is top notch and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The flooring went down so easily and made a huge difference to the sound of the room. Highly recommended!

Few people realise you can order direct from Hush Acoustics, but you can! Great advice and quality sound proofing solutions.
