Hushabye mattress

Just over 5 years ago I bought a Hushabye "Options Pocket" mattress, 1000 springs, regular. The purchase was made at Belfast Beds, Cambridge. The mattress was used in a spare bedroom and had less than 6 months usage before developing a deep ridge running longways down the mattress, i.e. it is now completely unusable. Hushabyebeds were approached about this problem and declined to help. Given the very poor quality of this product and the fact that many mattress manufacturers offer far longer guarantees, I recommend against purchasing a Hushabye mattress - I certainly would not do so again.
