This website is clearly a scam merchant. I paid over £20 for a personalised keyring over 6 weeks ago. It arrived late and they had sent the wrong one, which I now think is a cheap one they keep in stock for this kind of thing. Ever since then they have strung me along saying that the replacement is coming and it never does. I shall be reporting to trading standards.

***UPDATE: They finally sent the keyring I ordered, two months after I ordered it (for a birthday that has long passed) and despite my repeatedly saying that I no longer wanted it and would like a refund. So still only one star and a strong warning not to use but they did eventually deliver so are not a scam merchant - just a company with atrocious customer service and a shaky grasp of distance selling law.

I'm so annoyed that this is obviously a fake site and no one is doing anything about it. It's been reported to PayPal and there is an ongoing case now. I won't let thus drop. If you would like to deliver my goods that I've paid for any time soon that would be great. Oh and thanks for the fake tracking number!!!!

I ordered an item over a month ago - not arrived. Have sent 2 emails to company - no response despite them saying they would respond to emails within 72 hours. Doesn’t look as though I am going to get my goods.
Not impressed!

I bought a yellow tulip for my daughter's birthday and she's going to love it. I wasn't sure how long delivery would take but when I emailed to ask I received a response (and the delivery) very quickly.

Got my red tulip and I was not disappointed. He is adorable! I emailed to ask a question and the customer service was super fast to reply. Can’t fault the product or service, I will buy again as a gift.

I absolutely love my plush plant! He will absolutely have pride of place on my desk once I’m back in work. Arrived in 10 days and the red colour on the tulip is a lot brighter than I thought. Very impressed!
