Eve storey and James Kelly are the scammers and live in York UK there house number is a mighty number 10 sadly there internet security isn't that number unless they want me to spread further details I want my money back now HMU for the full address 😉 (edit) and also I love how they have the audacity to leave good reviews on there own scam alongside with there "friends" 😂🤣 maybe you can use that scam money and get a Vpn you dossers😭🤣

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Having e-mailed several times about a delivery - they are not adressing my question. It's like they don't actually read the email, just answer some standard message back.

I have sent numerous emails on my glasses and have just now gotten a response. They stated it would take 5 weeks, it's been 7.i should have never ordered off of this site. Terrible company, horrible customer service, and thieves. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!??

I didn’t even get a email after I bought a pair of glasses.. so now I think I’m being fooled and never get my glasses :(

Came in 10 days, nice looking glasses

Ordered 1 Aug 2020 and tracking shows that the last late has been “on its way” to USPS since then, so no movement.
I have since then tried to cancel and they are now telling me I can’t. Their refund policy online clearly states I can get a refund when I return the item and they deem it’s on good condition.
THEY HAVEN’T EVEN SHIPPED THE DAMN THINGS!
So now I’m doing all I can from people ordering from these fools.

Ordered glasses over 3 months ago still not arrived

Orderer glasses on 21st May, today is July 12th still no sign. I sent an email at the end of June and they said they are in Ireland and give it another 7 days to be delivered 12 days later still no sign of them. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this website

Took over a month to deliver.I actually like the products I bought but it came with a sticker replaced over an Ali express sticker.

I cannot give them a 1 star because the glasses don’t actually arrive. Maybe if they eventually come one day, they’ll be really nice but that’s unlikely. When you go to “track package” it basically says it’s out for delivery but won’t be delivered for a month, no name of carrier, just shady and doesn’t make sense. Nice web site, don’t be fooled
