Use them at your won risk

Use them at your won risk, I got 2 violations on ebay. i also got one order which hustle got real listend for me it had £1 profit. I emailed suport on how to fulfil order and nobody got back to me. I had to watch video on how to fulfil by myself. All the products they auto listen for me were crap with not much profit I terminated them all.

PLEASE DONT PURCHASE IT's COMPLETELY BROKEN

This service is nearly completely broken with no refund policy:
- The Support are unresponsive
- The chat widget is broken
- Auto Ordering from Amazon doesn't work.
- Auto Ordering from AliExpress isn't possible
- No Visible Support Email.
- product importing is finnicky and unresponsive, Variation listings cannot be made automatically and items imported from Variation listings are not clearly distributed needing manual Ordering anyway.
- Stock tracking is fixed to 1 it doesn't actually track the true stock number in a way clients can see.

the only good side of this service is that setting up items onto an account Does work somewhat in one click but you can do that for FREE with a single AI prompt and 30s of your time. to copy over the listing images.

I would set it to negative stars If I could it's simply horrendous.

This platform is a completely terrible…

This platform is a completely terrible program. From beginning to end, they could not connect my store, nor were the products transferred properly, nor it is a program that MONITORS product prices properly, moreover, they could not make any corrections and did not refund the money. My one-year membership fee of 800 pounds wasted. DO NOT USE IT

That said, our technical team dedicated significant time over the past week to manually correct and update many of these items based on the information you provided. This was a manual and time-consuming process, but we still assisted you as much as possible, despite the errors not being caused by our system.

Regarding your subscription:

Your plan is a monthly subscription, not a yearly one.

According to our Terms and Conditions, your plan was not eligible for a refund.

You also requested not to cancel your plan immediately, as you mentioned needing time to transfer your listings.

We genuinely value every user and try to provide the best support possible. If there’s anything else we can assist with during your remaining subscription period, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

The system is not working properly.
There are numerous problems starting from photos that are not uploaded, or the prices of products that are changed without logic.
Customer service sucks, never really solve problems.
Better to avoid.

be careful, don't lose money,

This program was simple at first and I liked it.
and then all his weaknesses were revealed. the only advantage is that the monthly payment is cheap. It doesn't track prices properly. even if the price is not changed at the supplier, sometimes he raises the price so much that the product looks very ridiculous in the market, and sometimes he sets the price so low that the product is more expensive than the selling price. including delivery charges. There are problems with automatic orders from Amazon. It requires an Amazon Prime account in the auto-order section. but it tracks prices like a simple seller account during price tracking. Agents are having a hard time giving specific answers to my questions and what they are saying is not true. sometimes i waited more than 1 hour on live chat for inquiry and reply but after 1 hour 4 hours they gave me only short old reply. they close the live chat whenever they want. and they advise to solve the problem as soon as possible without causing a headache for yourself. When I mentioned my price issue, they advised me to disable price tracking. The photos of some of the products I have listed are not visible. and I contacted Hgr for fotolor and wrote to the product IDs. still no difference. There are very few suppliers supported by automatic ordering, and more than half of the suppliers are lagging behind in the market. If you look at Trustpilot, you will see that Hgr is not a highly rated software. and that's right. don't waste your time with this software.

Frankly, I don't think your software is very good when it comes to price tracking. Because it made sharp changes in prices several times. Let's say you are tracking stock at non-prime prices. what about aliexpress? and suppliers like him?
So you reduced the price from 24 dollars to 8 dollars, although the product was over 7 dollars with shipping. So it would be wasted. especially advertising money and etc. I am Ajantdarin: Yes, there was a mistake, we apologize, the software and system installation can sometimes be messy - if I had heard the word, I would have understood it as a new manali. But each time they found the sin in me. Accordingly, I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot.

- Regarding manual pricing, any price updates you make manually will interact with our system’s automated updates based on supplier cost and your markup settings. To avoid discrepancies, we suggested disabling the **Monitor Price** feature for listings where you prefer to set your own price manually.

2. Markup and Pricing Adjustments:
- Your logs showed that a 345% markup was manually set on one of your listings. HGR does not automatically alter markup percentages, and we verified that this was a manual input. We kindly explained this and provided guidance to prevent similar issues in the future.

3. Auto Ordering Setup:
- The automatic ordering feature requires completing the setup with an OTP linked to your authenticator app. Our team provided instructions to resolve this, but the setup was not completed, which led to the order failure.

4. Prime Price Monitoring:
- HGR tracks the regular price of Prime items but does not currently monitor Prime Exclusive Deals due to their limited availability. We’ve escalated this to our tech team for potential future improvements.

5. Support and Communication:

We are new Ebay sellers and the…

We are new Ebay sellers and the platform do have a lot of possitives then negatives, customer service mostly great, love that they have live chat and options, however, as new user for platform you want some guidance how to set everything correctly, and you end up with loads of issues because of that. There are no direct answer apart from mostly generated one. So tip one they need to make videos how to set everything correctly for new users.

They don't have variations available.

Compared with AutoDs and Avasom they do have more options then anyone for stock monitoring and dropshipping. But they do charge for tracking number replacement like AutoDs but their charge instead of credits is just 1 proc from value which could be good for cheaper items and expensive for more pricy items.

But the list that you can use to upload your items from its really really good.

They was changing our prices as part of the price monitoring icorrect and we lost money.
Really hope improvements can be made as i do love the platform

A Year Later with No Improvement or Refund

I first used it in November 2022, going through all my eBay processes. They created a lot of work for me. I wanted to try again a year later, but instead of improving over the year, they continue to do their job in the same indifferent, uncaring manner. Still no refund! They are still not performing their job properly, and the chat services keep you waiting until you get bored and close the conversation window. For those wondering, I am currently waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes for them to send me my invoice, which I cannot download from their system. I'm stubborn and will wait even if it takes hours, but you don't have to go through this. Consider working with another company.

this is the only software company that don't give refunds that's a red flag. they get you because you are thinking everybody have a refund policy oh not Hustle Got Real.

here are some reasons why they don't give refunds.

1. they will be out of business.

2. they know you will find out the software has super low margins less than 5% before fees.

3. you will make more money on your own.

4. you will put 2 and 2 together and see the good reviews are paid for.

If a company don't offer refunds then what motivation do they have to help you? Exactly no motivation,lol

MAKE SURE TO MAKE SURE THEY confirmed they canceled YOUR ACCOUNT because they will try to pause it and keep you on and try to charge you again so make sure they confirm they canceled your account so you lose no more money

Yes i lost 178.00 after I realize they're a small profit margins and a lot of risks to your eBay and Amazon account doing it this way with their API.

Anyway Drop Shipping is dead nobody really sells physical products successful anymore like and Drop Shipping your middle man and now you got hustle that real the middleman with you too that's too much splitting the pie.

Avoid At All Costs

I am no stranger to eCommerce and Dropshipping and it is with regret that I must say Hustle Got Real are one of the worst to deal with.

- Platform boasts Amazon as a supplier yet advises you to setup multiple payment cards and accounts to order stock (to avoid Amazon banning your account). Seems they might not be as partnered as HGR make out.

- Pricing plans state £0/month for up to 10 listings but this is wiped out by a flat 7 day free trial. Make a sale in the free trial and you'll be forced to sign up (and pay) to even see the order details.

- Pricing and margin of products stated is not kept up to date. Often giving the lowest price it can even if it may not qualify for you. (eg showing a price for Prime members on Amazon supplied products).

- Support Team are abrupt and a little inexperienced - a professional team give a reason for the details they need. I was asked "tell me your email, I need to check something" - I had to ask what was being checked.

- Similarly on the topic of Support. They are happy to communicate via email but at no point do you get the name of the person you are dealing with.

Tl:Dr - HGR promotes and uses some shady practices and hide behind T&Cs when it comes to refunds/complaints. Trust the growing number of negative reviews and avoid them. Many other options do the same and better.

bought it and tried it out for 2 days…

bought it and tried it out for 2 days it was not up to my expectations and asked for a refund and to cancel my membership they cancelled it but I did not receive a refund do not work with this company cares more about making money then there own customers.
