The communication before hand was great and check in was smooth and easy. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location with tram stop not far away and easy access to the main town and beach. The pool was unheated but that didn't stop us having a dip.

Very spacious
The house is absolutely massive. The pictures don't really do it justice in my opinion.
Very clean, nice little shower bags included with shampoo, body wash.
Excellent connections up the coast and into Oostende and very convenient for restaurants, shops etc.

Very nice flat in a good location
The flat was exactly like in the photos. It was situated next to the little harbour and also the train and tram station. The interiour is modern, clean and also very comfortable. The division of toilet and bathroom is very good when travelling with friends.
All in all a very nice experience. We would love to come back.

I booked during the summer vacation for…
I booked during the summer vacation for a period of two weeks and at the end of the week of the booking the electricity was cut off in the apartment and no one from maintenance or electrician or anyone came to help us because we were without electricity and this is very difficult. He left the apartment three nights before the booking that he paid for and now he has been waiting for almost more than three weeks and the money has not been sent to my account and this service was incomplete and every time I call we will send someone someone will come and no one came and did not care about this problem, and now the problem is related and I did not understand what is the reason for the attachment and not paying and compensating the amount for the payment!!!!

Very cool Interieur Design !
But the House complex was so big and so many apartments that I got lost once when I tried to find my apartment from the garage.. I ended up in the wrong building which is exactly the same and I couldn’t figure out for a while why my key didn’t work!
There were only very few little signs in the garage that didn’t catch my I when I used the wrong door!
And I didn’t like the communication, I am used to talk to real People when I arrive somewhere.. this was only via text!

It was an awful situation
It was an awful situation, to be locked in for 4 houres, having to deal with awful people on the phone, not helpful at all. No compensation either. I am disgusted.

NIce apartment but design faults which made it uncomfortable
A very nice, modern apartment, near the tram and a few 100m from the beach. BUT, this was not a very well designed apartment. One toilet for 4 adults - situated near the front entrance to the apartment and well away from the bedrooms. Both bedrooms had enough space for a toilet - very badly thought out and designed! You had to go through a plate glass door to access the toilet in the middle of the night, not a good idea. Imagine if there were young children staying there! The actual booking site was not easy to use, having to input passport details etc took some time and a few stressed messages for help in doing so !

Unfortunately, customer service during our stay was poor. Reports of necessary repairs (broken door handles, defective ventilation in the bathroom, broken cupboard handles) were not dealt with professionally. The cleanliness of the otherwise wonderful flat was also unfortunately inadequate.

convenient booking, great location
Everything was clearly indicated, and the instructions were communicated very well. The appartement was everything we could wish for. The only downside was that it wasn’t mentioned beforehand that, in the case of the apartment we rented, the garage was not located at the same place as the apartment itself. Other than that, the booking went smoothly.

The communication with the Company was very good, they replied quickly and were always helpful.
The apartment was as described and they even provided a welcome package.
