Received the delivery of a £100 hutch…

Received the delivery of a £100 hutch and was very pleased with the speed of delivery but the roof parts sent seem to be wrong. Fitted the right side perfectly, then when it came to the left side, despite being joined up in the centre perfectly there was a massive overhang so you had nothing to screw the nails into. The door would not open because the lock had been screwed in the wrong place and preventing the door from opening. I've fixed the door but the roof is clearly the wrong size and despite writing to the company, I have heard nothing back. Avoid this company as if you read all reviews of their hutches you will see there are numerous problems, I wish I had spotted the reviews about the roofs before ordering.
