Subscription was cancellen over a month…

Subscription was cancellen over a month ago. They keep on taking the money. Do not use this Danish website. Also very strange is that your money disappear to a computer software store

It's really great way to look

It's really great way to look. Like other platforms this is very flexible, easy to use and gives plenty of options you can otherwise not find. The support team is 5/5 stars; fast to reply, solution-oriented, friendly. I overall gave it 4/5 due to not having gotten any responds back and it's a little expensive for students to subscribe. Other than that its great !!!

Don't subscribe

They deduced the subscription amount twice and after paying to contact the landlord of an appartment, you still have to pay for the other website that they refer you too (which would've been another 38 euros)

I got alot of daily housing…

I got alot of daily housing notifications from Huure, which honestly made the whole search way easier. I also liked that it gathered listings from different websites in one place, so I didnt need to keep checking multiple sites all the time. Overall it saved me quite a bit of time during my apartment search.

My experience with Huure

I came to Groningen and it was so challenging to find a rent here. Through Huure, I was able to localize different available options and really helpful suggestions in the region. I took the membership for 4 days, and I even made a mistake not canceling it after I found a rent they refund my membership right after as I didn't use it. i would suggest this website to find your accommodation.

Good experience

The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. It is full of offers and it makes it easy to contact the landlords.
The customer service is very efficient and the operators are very kind: I've had a problem with my subscription, they answer my email within the same day and solved the problem. Nice!

If it seems to good to be true

If it seems to good to be true, it almost always is.
I and my partner have reached out to multiple landlords, only 2 responded and both turned out to be scammers.
+Huure takes a hefty price to simply let you go to unprotected places like facebook or whatsapp to make deals. I would recommend to use housinganywhere or Kamernet and simply accept that apartments are expensive...

• Huure does not encourage or require users to move conversations to Facebook or WhatsApp. Communication with landlords happens directly between the parties, and we always advise users to remain cautious, never transfer money without proper verification, and report suspicious behaviour to us immediately.

• We actively remove accounts that violate our terms. Unfortunately, like all rental platforms, we cannot guarantee that every landlord will respond or behave appropriately. However, when cases are reported, we investigate and take action.

• Subscription value: The subscription provides access to landlord contact details and listings. We do not charge for “external platforms,” nor do we facilitate transactions outside the platform.

We understand that the rental market—especially in competitive cities—can be challenging. However, it is important that feedback reflects how the service actually operates.

Fake listings and no validation from owners

Hello,
I was going to subscribe to Huure subscription service to search an appartment rental in Amsterdam.
The first listing that was dispayed for my search seems too nice for the price (700€/ momths for 60m2…)

I screenshot the photo and search in Google images who found the real appartment listing in Berlin for 1850m2 /month.

While we actively monitor and moderate listings, we rely on users to report suspicious ads so we can investigate and remove them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, scammers sometimes reuse images from other listings across different platforms, which is exactly the type of behavior you’ve described.

We do verify landlords before allowing them to post listings, but no system is entirely immune to attempted misuse. When a listing is reported and found to violate our guidelines, it is removed immediately. Tthen the account is blocked, and the user reported to the correct authorities.
