Beautiful products but very long waiting time

Products are really beautiful but the delivery was extremely long. Initially it was 8-12 weeks but actually delivery took half a year. If you want or need the furniture already, you shouldn’t order from HUUS. If you are not in a hurry, then it’s worth it.

Delivery is not guaranteed to my home but I am only informed of this very late in the day
To sum up, you really need to have a lot of time and patience with this company.

High quality

Furniture has a very good quality. They sent weekly updates about the status of your order. We were waiting 5 months for our delivery, however this was worth it.

The top part of the couch is not nice

The top part of the couch, leave a lot of room for desire. The cushions aren’t full and that makes the couch not look as nice as the bottom part. The top is with crises not straight. The cover is bigger !

Hier is een concept voor je review: Zeer slechte ervaring – Geen levering, Geen service, Geen oplossing

Ik wil toekomstige klanten waarschuwen voor mijn ervaring met Huus. In oktober heb ik drie planken besteld, maar tot op heden heb ik er slechts twee ontvangen. De derde plank lijkt spoorloos verdwenen en het bedrijf weigert dit serieus op te lossen.

Klantenservice? Dat kennen ze hier niet. Na talloze e-mails en telefoontjes werd ik van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Eerst kreeg ik te horen dat de levering eraan kwam, maar de genoemde datum bleek onjuist. Daarna werden mijn emails ipv oppakken of reageren, steeds doorgeschoven naar andere afdelingen zonder enige inhoudelijke reactie of oplossing. Mijn e-mails worden genegeerd, en als ik bel, moet ik eindeloos wachten om vervolgens opnieuw te worden doorgestuurd.

Onbetrouwbaar en onprofessioneel!
Het is nu bijna zes maanden later, en het probleem is nog steeds niet opgelost. Dit bedrijf houdt zich niet aan zijn afspraken en lijkt niet te geven om klanttevredenheid. Uiteindelijk heb ik een ingebrekestelling moeten sturen en de koopovereenkomst ontbonden wegens wanprestatie. Een bedrijf dat zo met zijn klanten omgaat, verdient geen vertrouwen.

CEO zonder grip op zijn eigen bedrijf
Ondertussen zie ik de CEO in reclamecampagnes verkondigen dat ze een geweldige klantenservice hebben. Nou, die man heeft duidelijk geen idee hoe het er in zijn eigen B.V. aan toegaat. Als hij écht wist hoe slecht klanten hier behandeld worden, zou hij zich kapot moeten schamen.

Koop hier niet als je waarde hecht aan betrouwbare service en klantenservice die wél helpt. Ik raad ten zeerste af om hier iets te bestellen.

In English:
I want to warn future customers about my experience with [company name]. In October, I ordered three planks, but to this day, I have only received two. The third plank seems to have vanished, and the company refuses to take this matter seriously.

Customer service? It doesn’t exist.
After countless emails and phone calls, I was sent from pillar to post. Initially, I was told the missing plank would be delivered, but the given date turned out to be incorrect. My complaint kept being forwarded to different departments without any meaningful response or resolution. My emails are ignored, and when I call, I’m left waiting endlessly only to be transferred again.

Unreliable and unprofessional
It has now been four months, and the issue is still unresolved. This company does not honor its commitments and does not seem to care about customer satisfaction. In the end, I had to send a formal notice of default and terminate the purchase agreement due to breach of contract.

A CEO with no control over his own company
Meanwhile, I see the CEO proudly claiming in advertisements that they have excellent customer service. Well, that man clearly has no idea what’s really going on in his own company. If he truly knew how poorly customers are treated, he should be ashamed of himself.

If you value reliable service and a customer support team that actually helps, do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I strongly advise against ordering anything from them.

Terrible delay, support and delivery

There were many wrong things that happened:

1. we received more than 20 emails saying that our product had arrived on their stock (basically every week since we bought it) and only after 4 months we received the product. Note that the whole time the website was saying "on stock", so don't trust on their stock informed on the website. That counts for nothing. Probably they dont have the product and will pretend it is on stock until they actually have it

2. our order was 180kg heavy (divided in 2 boxes). The delivery guy said "you dont think I am leaving this in your door right?" and left it LITERALLY in the middle of the street (we have photos of that even)

3. when contacting support to know when would we receive the product and why they didnt have it in stock if their website clearly says "on stock" they never were able to correctly answer it. Always what was answered was a BS script answer that could be defaulted for any delayed communication. They never cared to actually look what was going on with our order.

Ps.: Let me be very clear about the delivery in the middle of the street: on their website they say that they delivery at the outside of your house (the door or something like that). There are some more details about using lifts and etc but it is not the case because I live in a house, not an apartment. That being said, the delivery person left it IN THE MIDDLE of the street (literally). If it is not clear enough...cars could not pass...

Will definitely not order from here…

Will definitely not order from here again! Ordered a TV unit and it stated 1-3 weeks for delivery. When I received the invoice, it then stated delivery between 12-14 weeks! I waited and when it finally arrived it was badly damaged. Was then told I would have to wait another 12-14 weeks for a replacement... It's been about 6months now and I still haven't received the replacement, and customer service is useless!

If you don't care about quality, it is probably fine.

I ordered a dining set and a coffee table set in November. They looked good on the website and so did the prices.
First issue was the weekly email about delivery in week 50 even though I had specifically requested delivery for end of December earliest. This is stressful when you know you can't be there for the delivery. Suddenly the delivery changed to week 8. After some time spent on the phone, the order was split so I could receive the available items first and the missing chairs later.
I received the first part of the order this Thursday. Points for the delivery driver who was very friendly. Unfortunately, what he delivered was very far from my expectations. The first thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell coming from the boxes. Not sure what it is but by the next day the smell could be felt in the whole living room. I opened the boxes yesterday and got more unpleasant surprises. Despite being the same wood, the dining table and the coffee tables are a visibly different shade. The finish is rough and inconsistent on both, with some inexplicable yellowish spots on the coffee tables that look like something was spilled on top. One of the coffee tables has a crack in the wood. The metal parts are not properly painted so there was already rust in a couple of places on the coffee table bases. There was also a very big scratch on the visible top part of the dining table metal base.
Considering the quality of the items I received, I decided that the chairs would probably be of similar quality and requested to cancel my whole order. I didn't even bother to assemble the table because I did not buy new furniture to have to sand, restain, repaint and overall fix something I didn't damage. I hope at least the return is processed quickly so I can have my money and living room space back.

I bought a table and 6 chairs on…

I bought a table and 6 chairs on October this year. They delivered the table and for my surprise no chairs. No email no phone call, nothing.
Sent them emails and they said would be week 50. That week has passed, few emails nothing. Called them yesterday the person that I spoke said she would check with another department and call or emailed back. Two days has passed and still nothing.
Very poor customer service and poor transparency on what is happening to your order.
I’m still waiting!

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this company. My package will arrived after six months of waiting, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer service via email, I received no responses. When I finally did hear back, they offered only a €20 refund for the several-month delay, which is completely insufficient. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive, making the entire experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as their lack of communication and poor service are unacceptable.

Totally incompetent customer service

Totally incompetent customer service. If you want to wait six months and more, have your emails unanswered and encounter rude customer care, then order from here. I called this company over 50 times for missing items. I was promised deliveries, emails etc - all for nothing. After 6 months, I am still without items. Total disgrace. Save yourself a lot of grief - order elsewhere!!!

I received my orders after 6 months and…

I received my orders after 6 months and they are different colors. The table is too light but I dicide not to return it because I was waiting so long to receive it. I will not recommend the site to my friends and never will order from you again.
