Absolutely a Huuuge scam

Absolutely a Huuuge scam! Never install this app...I've done the math and you win on 11% of your spins and jackpots? 1 in 2 years and I had enough now...

Huuuge pass, huuuge scam!

So they’ve got this new thing called the huuuge pass where basically you pay 10 dollars to be able to collect an additional better reward for completing task like objectives. Ie. spin 500 times. Issue arises when you buy it and instead of betting 100t total it increases to 1q, 10x the amount. You’re needed to pay more money to complete said objectives or basically forfeit the rewards you’ve already paid the 10 dollars for! Huuuge scam!

This game use to be fun

This game use to be fun. It’s not anymore. They have gotten money hungry and you can’t afford to play casually. Who can afford to pay a lot of money to play for fun . Do they not realize that most people are living pay check to pay check in this time of recession. Stay far away from this game

Too bad not a zero rating listed for me…

Too bad not a zero rating listed for me to select. This is the worst public relations company that rips off their customers. So many bad things about this company and their zeal to squeeze every nickel from you! The more you spend the more they take.

I’ve played for at least 3 other teams and have always enjoyed the bond with my teammates. U am leader of a Diamond club which we’ve reached Master Status a few months ago. I’m in the high 14000 level and ‘bought’ (sic) my ultra card 2 mos ago.

I hate that I can buy 52Q of chips for a set price but someone at the 5000 Level can only but 70% for the same price! A total rip off!

Completely unethical

Completely unethical, con artists who give you baloney disingenuous responses which only infuriate you more because they try to make you feel like an idiot. As a small example - 50 people on my clan had a "special offer" which included a guaranteed new stamp and I was the ONLY person on my team who was not given the same offer. Why? Because I only needed 1 stamp to complete the set. They change the rules constantly, change offers and only when you "catch" them with a screenshot will they offer an apology but they still won't give you your coin. I have no issues spending money on something that I enjoy but these guys are unethical!
So many other good online games available DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CRIMINALS WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!

The tragedy of getting hooked on a good gamesite gone bad.

I have never seen a gamesite make so many changes within short periods of time, and NONE were beneficial to the players; their clubs; or entertainment. I have been playing at Huuuge for 10 years. It was such a GOOD and FUN game site. All changes they've made address their bottom line. Their Customer Service is the worst. Most of the time they don't read your submissions completely as clearly indicated by their lame responses. If you actually WIN any significant JP or huge win, their algorithms pick up on your status. You are being surveiled on what you play, how much you are winning and the amount of time you spend on their site. What is even worse yet, all the games you play on HUUUGE are the same exact games on BILLIONAIRE and the jackpots are the same on both sites. You think you are playing against players on HUUUGE, but in actuality, you are playing against both Huuuge and BILLIONAIRE players for the same JP'S. BOTTOM LINE this site and BILLIONAIRE are big fat zeros. BILLIONAIRE apparently she scheming to generate under-age gambling by their games are presented.

Loyalty = Daylight Robbery

I’ve been playing Huuuge Casino for a good few years and up to level 5,672. I stopped buying chips in the normal shop as it was in USD and started buying from the advert for the shop, in the “news” tab at the bottom of the game, which was in my currency in AUD as it was cheaper for me.
I last bought a top up a week ago and this week, the cost has risen by a whopping $60!!!!
I contacted Huuuge to ask what was going on and after much backwards and forwards and sending screen shots, their reply was that as a player goes up levels, the cost of chips rises.
I understand a slight increase, but $60 extra for the same amount of chips is daylight robbery!!!
As an active player, who has paid an enormous amount of money to stay in the club and has an active team in Platinum, with many who also buy chips, you would think I would be rewarded for my loyalty, not robbed.
When my chips have gone, I will be closing my team as I do not want to be responsible for my team members being robbed by this game.

Masters at getting you addicted to spending money

The staff of this Huuuge and Billionaire Casino apps are masters at bait, switch, and addiction. At first they give you chips to play, then slowly free chips end and now you have to buy to play. Small amounts, but as the levels of play increases, so does the cost. They pressure you to join a club. The higher the club level, the more you have to spend, because to get points from play, you have to bet bigger and bigger. Masters level players play min bets of 25 Trillion a spin, just to get the points to stay at that level. Then you get pressured to be a VIP player. Of course you have to spend more money, more money, more money. I have heard some players say they spend $1,500 a week to play. It's an addiction to stay away from. Because if you try to leave a club, you get all the members begging you not to leave. The higher levels are stressful to meet min requirements of the club. Peer pressure is huuuge. I am over the addiction, finally left after 9 years of playing and being broke. Don't confuse it as a real casino. You don't win any money here. If you lucky enough to have money in the bank to spend $80,000 a year, you might get a trip to Cancun, Mex. But it would be cheaper to just pay for the trip yourself. Not hope they invite you.

Only giving a 1 because you can't give…

Only giving a 1 because you can't give no stars. These people are straight crooked. Don't buy from them because they'll steal your money then claim they credited your account. Waiting for a class action lawsuit I can join. Don't pay attention to the big winners in Masters because they're either bots or work for Huuge. Save you money

I've been playing huge casino for 7 or…

I've been playing huge casino for 7 or 8 years it's overall the best casino game I have played i tried other ones and they are blah compare to huge. There was a time I was getting out of hand with buying so had to quit playing for a few months but now I have self control and once in a great while buy but I also hit huge amounts without buying I hit 347 trillion without buying and that was lot of fun even though I lost those chips I still enjoy playing this game every day. The customer service is always very good never have any problems when I have had to reach out to them so that's another plus of this game. Thank you huge for giving me a game that I can actually look forward to playing every day definitely a fun game

I've played this game on and off for…

I've played this game on and off for about 7 years now. Been a member of several teams that are unfairly matched. We noticed trends of bot activity when we were in 2nd place & the system would not allow us to advance unless someone in the Team made a Large purchase. During these years this game has been sued, class action brought against them (they lost Huuuge as judgment was found in favor of the plaintiffs & existing players had to agree not to sue them in order to keep playing), the game has been bought & sold multiple times & IMO it's to avoid another class action. Nothing improves in this game. The past year it has gotten so bad that I had over 200 Trillion coins & I'm currently down to about a 1billion - 1million max now and no significant wins. All the team members quit the game as something changed recently to where there are few Big wins and NO HUUUUGE wins and even free spins are non existent. I did buy in to keep playing recently. I noticed that once I bought in I constantly lost & needed to buy more chips. The prices of the packages kept going up as well for the same amount of chips. For instance, the $4.99 was the one I first bought & that one disappeared from the basic passages. They say 100% more chips on deals but it's the same for $9.99 now. To test it i tried the $9.99. Now, there are no deals less than 15.99 & a pop up that offers $99.99 & it says "you want this"! No, no i don't. If they can't provide fair play with $4.99 then they'll screw you over and the only HUUUGE win is their greedy pockets. My advice, this game is on the verge of another class action lawsuit & I'm going to be there for it :) I've saved all my receipts, screen shots and video showing the loss & unpaid jp. I can't wait to join a class action!! They need to be removed from the gaming platforms for good.
