I regret ordering from this company
I regret ordering from this company. The chair arrived defective, and when I reached out for support, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. I hadn’t even assembled it when I noticed a gap, and when I touched it, a part fell off. Despite explaining this, they refused to issue a return or refund. Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a more reliable seller.

Ordered a desk chair and received an obviosly used one. I asked for a discount or replacement of damaged parts. They initially said yes and asked for more pictures. After getting more pictures they said to send it back and get a refund once they receive it. Stay away.
