Renee Goode Helped me solve an issue with my delivery quickly and she was pleasant to deal with.

I am not a professional, so I needed a little help along the path of ordering and getting the proper equipment. Jessica was awesome in the order department. When I had a little hickup in the shipping, minor damage to one component, Miguel and Kenya were very quick to find a satisfactory resolution. I am VERY impressed with the quality of service and the fast shipping from HVAC Direct. These folks are AWESOME!!!

I believe that Amanda did a good job in finding answers to my questions and keeping me informed with what she was able to find out. HVAC Direct customer service has been easy to work with!

I was happy with the log set and fireplace I received, but when I opened the box and was ready to install them, the packaging poorly protected the brittle logs. One of the logs was broken completely.

Even though my order was a year old and I didn't order anything else from HVAC Direct for the whole year, they were still willing to help me out. They offered to replace the broken log or comp me some money for the hassle. I appreciated this kind of customer service, and even though they didn't have to, I am glad to say they were willing to help me out.

I made a purchase in Feb '25' the salesman was so nice. Listened to me and not pushy at all. Sold me what I needed at that time. I was very pleased with the service I got. Thankyou. Fraser Cove, Tauranga.

Their website showed my unit was in stock, and didn't mention that it would be several weeks to ship. I've reached out to them multiple times and each time they give a new excuse and new expected shipment date. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and it's still not even shipped. I could have spent my money at a company that would provide reasonable service... but now the money is in their bank account and I'm just twiddling my thumbs.
I can order stuff from China and have it delivered in half the time it takes them to even get it out the door.

Exceptional service before and after the purchase of my Infinity DIY heat pump.

Placed my order, unit I ordered was not available. Gave me a replacement option which I stupidly agreed to. The equipment arrived and was installed by licensed HVAC technician. Outside unit will not come on. Had 3 different HVAC technicians out and they all say the same thing, that the unit is not responding to commands that it has some kinda internal issue. Been on the phone with service dept. numerous times and still no resolution. Haven’t even offered to send me a replacement unit yet. Really extremely frustrated at this point. Not sure how this will turn out. I’ll update when I get some kind of resolution to this problem

Unparalleled Perfect Price, Transaction and Service. I wanted to thank HVAC Direct for sending my shipments so promptly! I ordered the 60,000 BTU 80% AFUE 9-Speed Single Stage Goodman Gas Furnace on a Sunday night and received it the next Wednesday morning. That is just plain INCREDIBLE!! I mean, truly A++++. Perfect packing and shipping condition, and I fired it right up and it ran beautifully. I have referred others to you already! Before I put in my order, I did see the furnace for $50 cheaper at 2 other sites, but when I read the reviews there were some very disturbing reviews. Also the 2 sites looked the same except for the company name, which is always a red flag on the Internet. The reviews were very good at HVAC direct. so I ordered with them. I am sure glad I did. Also, I had a question and emailed the invoice to the service email on the invoice. I received a response the same day with a delightful response. Customer service is A+++++ for sure. I intend to order their "3.5 Ton 13.4 SEER2 80,000 BTU Goodman Gas Packaged Unit" probably later this year to replace that unit, and sincerely promise that I will be ordering from HVACDirect. It feels so good when you find a perfect provider, so I will be a customer for life.

I purchased a Trane heat pump system from HVAC Direct in Oct 2024 and I had it installed in Dec 2024.I am very happy with the performance of this equipment as well as the quality of the Trane name.
The price I paid was very acceptable and it was shipped to me as fast as I could hope. I have run it for two months now and it works really well.I am very happy with the way everything worked out.Trane is an excellent name in quality equipment.

I received it a few weeks ago.
I still haven’t installed it yet.

I can not give my experience with HVAC Direct more than 2 stars. I have 2 split systems in my home and ordered single stage basic units to replace them with. Initially ordered RunTrue units but got a call they are no longer available in 410a even though they are still listed on their website oddly enough. Staff talked me into ACIQ, which I wasn’t opposed to but the outdoor condensers are 2 different colors although both made by the same company Carrier and both matched in their website photo listings. They also arrived with coils marked up even though shipping was excellent. These models have no protection around the coils unfortunately and get marked up easily. And lastly, I just noticed 1 condenser is manufactured in 9/2024 and the other was made in 9/2021. Seems like a new old stock to me! They’re not willing to pay return shipping costs so I’m stuck with the stuff. Not very happy about this one!
