Thank you for your inquiry regarding the adjustment made to your account balance. Following a detailed review of your trading accounts, specifically 15802580 and 15913837, we have identified a trading behavior that constitutes a systematic reliance on the Negative Balance Protection mechanism.

As outlined in Clause 4.6.5 of the Headway Client Agreement, while we provide compensation to reset negative balances to zero after a mandatory position closure, we reserve the right to reclaim these debt payments in cases where the trading activity is considered intentional or repetitive. Because your strategy consistently relies on this mechanism to cover losses, the Company has exercised its right to reclaim the total sum of previous compensations, amounting to $642.36.

You may verify these transactions directly in your MetaTrader terminal history under "SO Compensation". The compensations include a $322.06 (Feb 16), $122.71 (Feb 06), $12.64 (Jan 31), $0.15 (Feb 24) on account 15802580 and $143.12 (Feb 11), $41.68 (Feb 13) on trading account 15913837. These entries reflect the moments when the Company covered your negative balance to allow you to continue trading.

Please be advised that this deduction was specifically calculated to settle the outstanding debt from these previous negative balance compensation events. The remaining balance in your account after this $642.36 adjustment is still available for your use. You may continue to trade with these funds or resubmit a withdrawal request for the current available amount at your convenience.

Moving forward, we strongly recommend adjusting your trading strategy to include stricter risk management and maintaining a higher margin level. Your trade was closed by stop out, it happened due to the balance is not enough to hold the position.

You opened trade at price 5107.24 and closed at 5103.84, buy position on XAUUSD. It means the price went down and for the buy position to get profit, the price should go up.

This information is available on your trading history on your MT5 as well.

We’d like to clarify how $111 bonus works, as there seems to be some misunderstanding.

The bonus is provided on a real trading account and is available for 7 days. After this period, the bonus is removed, but any profit generated during those 7 days is fixed in your Personal Area.

To withdraw that profit, certain trading volume conditions apply. There is no requirement to trade everything at once, the volume can be completed gradually. For each 1 lot traded, $3 of the bonus profit becomes available for withdrawal, in line with the published terms of the bonus.

All conditions are transparently described on our website. If anything is unclear, our support team is always available to explain the details and review individual cases.

We also want to clarify that accounts are never closed simply because a client makes a profit. Any account action, if ever required, is taken strictly in accordance with our Client Agreement and regulatory requirements.

At the same time, we see that there has been no support request from your side. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused.

The bonus increases trading equity, allowing for larger positions, but it is not added directly to margin. If losses occur, positions are closed once the deposit margin is exhausted, this is clearly outlined in our bonus terms.

The bonus itself is not withdrawable. However, up to 20% of the spread generated from trading with the bonus can be converted into real funds on the 5th of each month (up to $4 per lot and within the remaining bonus balance). All conditions are transparently described on our website.

Headway is a regulated broker, and all trading and bonus mechanics operate strictly under published rules. Server performance and withdrawals are processed according to standard procedures and compliance requirements.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We have conducted a thorough investigation into your trading account 15576115 activity and withdrawal requests 4211595 / 4213319. While we understand your frustration regarding the time taken, our records show that these requests were placed in our standard processing queue and would have been completed normally if the funds had remained in the designated wallet.

The primary reason your withdrawals were not processed was your decision to initiate multiple internal transfers between your USD and NGN wallets shortly after making your requests. Within thirty minutes of your first withdrawal attempt, you began moving funds between accounts and wallets again. Because the funds were no longer available in the source wallet, the requests were automatically rejected. Headway did not hold or block your capital; rather, the transactions could not be completed because you were actively moving the balance out of the withdrawal channel (in your case, USD/NGN wallet).

Regarding your claim of induced loss, our logs clearly show that you chose to transfer your funds back to your trading accounts on three separate occasions to open and maintain new market positions. This proves that you had full access to your capital at all times. The eventual loss of your balance was a result of these active trading decisions and market volatility, not a lack of access to your funds. We process all requests in the order they are received, and your funds would have been successfully withdrawn had you allowed the process to complete instead of redirecting the money back into active trading.

We hope this clarifies the situation, as we had no intentions of holding your capital at all. We are here if you need any further help.

Our demo environment is built to closely reflect real market conditions, but it can’t fully reproduce all live-market factors, especially on highly volatile instruments like XAUUSD. Differences in liquidity, slippage, execution, volatility, EA settings, and even launch timing can all affect results on real accounts.

Talking about the Gold Rush contest: the rules clearly state that each participant may register only once. Using multiple accounts or emails is prohibited and leads to disqualification to ensure fair competition.
