Brilliant company
Brilliant company to use. Great price and excellent products. However, only gave four stars, instead of 5, due to delivery. Think HWS needs to change their delivery service. Royal Mail is not fit for purpose. Item arrived whole week after I was informed that it would be delivered and that was only after I put in an official complaint. Great item but poor delivery.

I bought 6 hair colours
I bought 6 hair colours, each box of which contains 4 items. Upon opening the outer carton, I saw each and every box open and all the contents loose in the box. The outer carton was far too big and whoever packed it didn't think to cushion the gaps to prevent this. Just a FYI for continuous improvement!!!

We can also see that order #541320, which appears to be your only order with us, was for a nail glue product, not hair colours.

I ordered shampoo
I ordered shampoo, got a good discount and free postage and the delivery arrived promptly and sensibly packaged. I ordered a second time and unfortunately, two of my items were incorrectly selected by me. I contacted the customer service and got the order cancelled immediately and the money refunded. Will use this company again.
