HWT Clinic did fantastic in every step of my procedure. Hugo was very responsive in answering any pre and post operation questions I had. The videos he has made explaining post operative care was helpful since I do not do well with trying to remember everything being explained after the surgery. The artist drawing my new hairline worked with me to find out what would be best. For this part, I was extremely nervous, but he took his time drawing multiple hairlines and made me feel very good about it. The operation went smoothly and I was happy to have a PRP treatment included with the transplant. I am unsure if most clinics would offer that. The facility itself was very nice and I felt everything was clean and sterile. The staff were all extremely friendly. They had a translator with me the day of my operation which was super helpful. I am only a few days post operation, so I cannot speak for any results yet, but I am very excited to see how it turns out.

Fantastic customer service from the second I arrived until I left. Started with a VIP transport from the airport to the 5 star hotel. The team were fantastic with my needs and I am very please with the results. I would recommend HWT to anyone looking for this treatment

Had an amazing experience with HWT clinic,, starting from having all our questions answered before we made our trip to Turkey. Their staff is unbelievable from picking us up from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic. The doctor has an over 15 year experience. I highly recommend this place.

All round top quality experience
I was recommended HWT through a friend who had a very successful transplant. The whole process was very efficient - Hugo consulted me before the booking was made, and answered lots of questions that I had. When I flew out a few months later, I was greeted at the airport and taken to the hotel, taken to the clinic, back again to the hotel and to the airport which was great. The operation was very smooth and the aftercare has been great. I highly recommend HWT.

I had a transplant done in December 2023
From the start dealing with Hugo was very easy, he answered any questions and made all the arrangements. It was a smooth process the team worked effectively on my op day and gave me all the information I needed post op for recovery. I will be having a second session again in 8 months.

Great experience
Whole process has been great from the start. Hugo was able to answer all questions, and explained everything in detail. We were well looked after on our arrival, the staff were great and the procedure was very straightforward and painless. We were sent away with a lot of advice and product to aid the aftercare, and Hugo has been very helpful yet again, answering a lot of questions. Will recommend them to friends and family who are interested.

All the way from Australia to HWT
Had a fabulous experience of undergoing my 1st ever hair surgery last year and it was a very successful one. Did my research and chose HWT, right from the start communication was clear from Hugo and informative helping make my decision. It was a wonderful experience right from arriving in the country, transportation to and from the hotel/airport and trips to the clinic. The surgery itself was smooth, well planned and successful in all fronts with experienced team handling it perfectly. Was lucky enough to receive full team attention that day.

Positive and highly recommended
Amazing experience. Greatly communicated before flying out and everything was at ease. Upon arriving, service provided was Superb, with all the transfers covered and a stay at a very nice hotel.
Procedure itself was flawless and easy. The team were excellent, and made the experience something which I would recommend to anyone.
Upon being taken to the airport and flying home, the information I received on aftercare was perfect. Informative YouTube videos have also been very helpful, and any questions I had were answered straight away. Been 9 months since I did my hair transplant and results coming out amazing and I can say it’s one of the best decisions made in my life. Something which I hugely thank Hugo and the HWT clinic for.

Recently used HWT, the airport/hotel/clinic ransport service and hotel were very good standard. The team in the clinic are all friendly and professional.
Hugo responds to any text messages I send with 5 mins, very impressed.
Ensure you book a checked in bag for aftercare treatment pack on the flight home, there's alot of liquids. :)

I had a great experience using HWT
I had a great experience using HWT. This is the second time I've been in just under 3 years to complete the full top from front too back and I have to say I'm made up. Dealing with Hugo from start to finish was easy and always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions. The day of the procedure was smooth and painless due to the sedation. The media guy is hilarious and once he locks on with his camera, good luck escaping. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for someone looking to go ahead with it.
