I bought 2 hot and cold primo Deluxe…

I bought 2 hot and cold primo Deluxe water cooler. Initially, I have an issue with delivery but thanks to Peter who helped in resolving this and also gave me an extra water for the inconvenience I experienced.

Stay away from this company

I've really never received such poor service from a company whose courier stopped paramedics from carrying me to the ambulance, to query what he was supposed to do about delivering, and would not let us pass. A week after reporting this to the company, and nothing

No more renting or contract - brilliant!

Having rented a water dispenser for many years at great expense I now wish we had purchased this one from Primo a long time ago. It's neat, modern easy to move, run and clean and it was a good price and quickly delivered. The water is good and again a good price.

There was unfortunately a small mistake with my order but once I reported it, it was dealt with appropriately. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them is all the difference, especially when you own up to a mistake and apologise.

The quality of the cooler is good and the taste of the water is excellent. Much better than the tap water - which I did not have a problem with prior to using this water.

The water dispenser also has a hot water feature and is perfect for a quick coffee or cup of tea. This is the perfect accessory for a man cave or home office.

Great customer service

Not so much Hydrate as Migrate if you have a problem (AVOID)

Find a company that cares not Hydrate, if you have a problem with the unit they are not interest, mine arrived with a fault in the end they sent me instructions to try and fix it myself, over £200 a few days old and I am meant to take it apart and repair it, plus they sell you a button to reorder water and no instruction how to connect it, all told a rubbish firm
