They have send me a wrong packed. I missed 90% of my order. I paid a lot to receive a filter for 1000dkk. When I asked them about it, they would say I already have received the packed. Do not buy anything from this webshop
I DO NOT recommend ordering from them. I did and the attachment came (14 days late). I tried it over a period of time but asked for my money back in the end because it is so poorly executed. They asked me to send it to them (I had to pay) and they would refund me.
I could track the package and see that they got it, signed for and everything, but they asked me for tracking because apparently they had lost it. And then they ghosted me... I have e-mailed them daily for a week now and nothing! Before they lost my package I got replies daily from them.
