DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I used the bottle for the first time and got a few more uses over the next few days. The very first time I tried to charge the bottle, the charger would not stay connected. I tried for about 5 minutes but it would not charge unless I physically held the charging cord in the bottle. I wrote for a replacement and the company said no refunds after 72 hours. I did not need a charge in the first 72 hours so how would I have known it was defective? There are much better bottles out there for 1/3 the price. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
*** response to Hydrohealth - the second bottle was inadvertently ordered and never used. I gave the second bottle to my son when he got back from college. The first bottle works fine. The second bottle has not worked from the end of the first charge (three days after the first use). This bottle was defective from the first charge - don't try to change the facts. So I guess you are taking the position that the bottles work 50% of the time. Not a great marketing line. Anyone who decides to buy this as a gift or waits three days to try it is totally screwed under your policy. BOTTOM LINE - SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. And also - the phone number provided on the website does not even work.

I've had my own HydroHealth bottle for about 6 months and love how the water quickly replenishes my body after working hard outside, and it doesn't make me feel bloated like regular, purified water does. I recently bought one for a friend who has decreased kidney function; however, when it arrived, there was a small leak at the base. I immediately contacted the company, and a new bottle is on its way. This company's customer service support has been stellar, and I'm very grateful for their help and for a great product.

I bought 3 bottles. I checked the hydrogen content using blue reagent measurement and it was dismal! No hydrogen whatsoever.
As two bottles were still packaged, I've been trying to arrange for a refund.
The experience dealing with this company can be linked to pulling teeth. There's no response from the company, and when they do finally reply, their messaging is very short and not accommodating.
After weeks of trying to sort it out, I was advised I'd receive a refund if I shipped the products back. This cost me $50 to do as I am from Australia. I also had tracking.
The bottles arrived nearly a week ago and I still have not heard from them nor received a refund. I've emailed a couple of times and still nothing.
This is an absolute joke! If the company was based in Australia, I would've made an official ACCC complaint.
Hoping they will finally get back to me soon to process the refund.

I've been drinking Hydrohealth water for 4 months. During that period, my eGFR kidney function went from 43 to 85. I am elated!

I have been fasting and only drinking water. I'm on my third day and was feeling extremely weak. I had been drinking tons of spring water. But TODAY, I got my bottle in the mail. I charged, washed and used it immediately. 30 mins later (didn't even finish the whole bottle), I feel so good inside! I have strength in my body. The aches in my back have stopped. Feels like I just had a shot of caffeine and a meal! I can't believe how good I feel right now. I could barely leave my bed earlier. Now, I'm ready to work in my garden! I break my fast tomorrow morning. So thankful this arrived to my house today. My body is thankful and refreshed!

Great customer service. I asked questions that were promptly, professionally and knowledgeably answered. They made the process easy and even enjoyable.

I have used the Hydrohealth process for the last 4 weeks. During that time I have seen my GFR Blood Count increase 9 points. I believe the Hydrohealth process has been a huge part of my improved numbers. I would recommend this product to anyone that my have kidney issue like myself

Company refuses to respond and send a shipping label. The hydrogen process was less than a second. They requested a pic or video. I sent a video. They stopped communicating once they got the video. Calling them is futile. They have a forever busy signal. Not worth the aggravation and their failure to respond.

The bottle stopped working after just two days. It turns on for one second and immediately shuts off, even after a full charge. I emailed a video showing the issue, but the response I received was completely unhelpful — no solution offered, no next steps, nothing. I’m very frustrated with both the product and the lack of customer support. Please be cautious before purchasing from this company.

The response to my question about cleaning the filter took a little while for them to respond. I had to keep asking. Then the ai response did not answer my question. So I asked again. I did get a response! I love the water bottle

We love our bottles and we use them all the time. The customer service is also fast and very helpful! Happy all around

Beware—this is a complete fraud. The return address is invalid, and my package was sent back to me. I strongly advise against purchasing from them, as it appears to be a scam.

I actually loved bottle but all of a sudden my hydrohealth body wouldn't take a charge. When I looked closely, the pin that connects wasn't there anymore. And all they can do is give me 10% off.

The information from Hannah was that they were going to ship me a new a new hydrohealth bottle since the other one did not worked for 3 days and then starting flashing red.

I wanted to give a review for my Hydro Health Bottle. I have been using it consistently for about 20 days and I am very much enjoying the health benefits. I have more energy; better kidney function and blood pressure has dropped. In addition, Hannah has been fantastic with questions and assistance. I only ordered 1 due to cost but I think I will be ordering a 2nd very soon.

I ordered a Hydro health bottle that quit working 3 days in and then started leaking where the bootle joins the base. I contacted the company, explained the issue and they asked for a video to see what was wrong. Seemed rather self explanatory given the various complaints against the bottles were much the same as mine. Hence the 1 star reviews. I didn't bother to take a video, I tossed the bottle out with the trash. Buyer beware. The sales pitch and promises are always better than the customer service.
The refund/ exchange policy stated on the web sight only works if you never have an issue.
The customer is always wrong unless they can prove otherwise.

Drinking from The hydrogen water bottle has really helped the inflammation in my knee No more pain!! I have recommended it to several family members and friends. It’s excellent.
Also the staff with hydrogen water bottle is so professional, and so accommodating !

This bottle is fantastic. I have been using it for about three weeks. I have more energy, sleep better , and no more leg craps at night. i'm hoping it helps with my kidney function but too soon to tell.

My conversations with Annie R felt very personable, like she was my friend really trying to help me out. And she did! She gave me suggestions to try, I charged my Hydrohealth water bottle again last night and this morning IT WORKED, it did exactly what it was suppose to do. Annie R is at the top of my list and I appreciate her help more than she knows!

I was skeptical at first, but this bottle has exceeded my expectations. My kidney health has improved, and I feel like I have more energy to get through the day. Love it!
