Think carefully b4 using these guys
Whilst the 2 owners of the company ( who have asked me to remove their names) were initially friendly, in order to get my business ...they never really addressed my pre-hire concerns about groundwork/surface preparation...and because I asked too many questions , they told me they were withdrawing their quote! this has left it too late for me to organise anything else for this summer, so I am very upset.

Hi Lisa, Many thanks for your review l am very sorry you feel this way. Our conversations via email and telephone spanned over several months and we addressed every question you posed during this time, sometimes the same question on several occasions as well as a number of images you sent us of the area where you were going to put the pool. The whole time we held back a pool for you so you did not miss out. Whilst l appreciate you had some challenging times my self and Tom endeavoured to help you as much as we could, holding the pool when we had not heard from you for a number of weeks. In the end as you were unable to give us a firm decision as your Husband was concerned that the swimming pool would sink into the lawn despite us giving our assurances that this had not happened previously on any of our hires spanning over 10 years and the area where you were going to put the pool was fine, we had a number of other customers wishing to book so we were unable to hold the pool any longer for you and therefore withdrew the quote.
