Hydro water bottle company
I purchased a hydro bottle from hydrowaterbottle and I must say, my experience has been quite disappointing. After only a few uses, I noticed that the bottle was faulty and began leaking. Given the price point of their products, I expected a much higher level of quality and durability.
What has been even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I have emailed the company more than three times regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive any response. It’s disheartening to feel ignored, especially when I’m reaching out about a product that is not functioning as promised.
For a company that positions itself as a premium brand, the absence of effective customer care is unacceptable. I had high hopes for this purchase, but the experience has left me feeling let down. I will be exploring other hydro water companies in the future that prioritise customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Overall, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you’re considering a hydro bottle, I suggest looking elsewhere
