I wouldn’t recommend this brand at all. The branding and scent descriptions are completely misleading — what you actually get is a product that smells overwhelmingly of alcohol. The fragrance is weak, doesn’t last, and feels cheap despite the premium positioning. Honestly, it’s all style over substance and not worth the money.
Do not purchase anything was Hydur. Cant connect via bluetooth, app only works with ios , then it disconects all thr time . Over rated pile of crap. Oils dont even smell on the highest setting for the 15 mins i actually got it to work. Waste of money. No answer to emails or chat . Dint waste your money not worth it.
Absolutely pathetic company. They want you to spend almost £100 on oils after spending several hundred on their diffusers. Their advertised discount codes don't work and THEY NEVER respond to messages. However, they contact you constantly in order to leave reviews. These products are widely available elsewhere. Atrocious customer service. AVOID !
Company does not respond to emails. We have had issues with our Grandi Square unit and Hydur does not respond to requests for contact.
We like the product but but having issues with connection resets. Beeping and overall poor performance.
Purchased Grandi Tower with scents and very disappointed. Wanted this because it was plug in and could set timers etc. the app is useless! Installed correctly and was connected. Did not even manage to use it once!! Now it cannot even pair with the tower and does not work!!! Waste of time and money! I purchased a scandiscent, although it’s not mains powered does the job perfectly. Save yourself the time and money and do not purchase this.
Also want to state that they sent me an email to review the product, I gave 1 star and I got an email back from them saying thanks for the 5 star review!!!! Complete joke of a company, do not buy, use or recommend!
