I purchased several units from them and recently received an email from Wing bits identifying an electrostatic discharge issue resulting in 10 times decreased rewards.

I reached out to Hyfix six times over the last month with no response.

The issue has been recognized for my serial number by Wing bits who sent out an email. I have sent them an attached screenshot along with my order number showing the significant drop in Rewards.

There are completely unresponsive.

This company is a scammer company. They delayed my order several times and kept me busy. Then, they sent the puduct, but it was stuck in the customs and I couldn't get it. At the end, the delivery sent back from the customs to hyfix and they haven't refunded my money back.

Please see the email after a long silence and my email about going to the court in Germany. Meanwhile, payment provider was PayPal and PayPal does not help you if you exceed 180 days after your order. So this scammer company kept me busy and then this period is expired. Please see the following stupid message from hyfix.
